Taeyang is a member of a group called BIGBANG. I am Korean, but I think it will be hard for a group like BIGBANG to come out again in Korea. They are very talented and make their own songs. It also digests various genres and has a wide musical spectrum. Especially, the live performance is amazing. YG said that YG didn't make BIGBANG, but BIGBANG made YG.

Then why Taeyang needs to collab/feat with so many artist in his come back album? If he is really big, supposely his comeback has been waited by all Kpopers, isnt he? Then why seed doesnt go any chart since it is released, infact Seed should be reawakening of Taeyang, an euphoria is calling. Bro Taeyang is an OG in kpop industry. Before BTS and BLACKPINK there’s a very big group called BIGBANG and Taeyang is the main VOCAL and Dancer of the group. JIMIN and LISA and their group as a whole as well literally look upto them. Taeyang is like the R&B KING of korea. If they did not had a HIATUS I’m pretty sure that they’re as big as these popular groups now. BIGBANG his group basically popularised hiphop and r&b in kpop scene. They debuted in 2006. KPOP is not even mainstream at that time and they are heavily inspired by hiphop culture but their discography is very wide and not limited in their hiphop and r&b roots. Maybe not in terms of hype these days but his skills and works are really well known, loved, respected and all of that for a reason.
