Great to hear that! Thank you!
Greetings from fellow deaf rucker. Got the Ruckus a month ago and I like it.
You're not only a great friend to local pals, you're a very big part of the reason I've tackled all of these tasks on my Buddy 125! Thank you, scooter brother!

Definitely my favorite scooter channel on youtube!! Keep up the great work !!
Hey Mitch...I just bought my GF a 09 Ruckus with 800 miles....dead battery and wouldn't start...guy wanted $1200 but talked him to $800...I used you video to save myself 500-600 bucks....Installed battery tender...new fuel filter...drained fuel....air hosed lines out...broke down carb and cleaned/poked all jets out thoroughly...put back together and she purrs like a kitten...will use you other vids to change oil, transmission and coolant fluids....your instructions were the best I have found on YT...Thanks so much buddy!
I bought a 2008 Ruckus two years ago with only seventy miles on it. It still had the pips on the tires. It had sat in a shed with a leaking roof over since new. Fuel tank had filled with water and was rusted beyond repair. Replaced from tank to carb all new, cleaned carb that was fortunately very good. Borescope to cylinder from spark plug hole - bright shiny piston and crosshatch on cylinder. New battery and an oil change. Total invested inclusive of Ruckus $800.00. Over seven hundred miles of fun since, these things are just amazing in quality and durability. Really enjoy all your excellent videos!

Wow that's really cool!! Thanks for sharing with us!! Yes Honda is best! :) Thank you!
Hi Mitch, This is the third video I have seen of yours and I just have to say you do some of the best mechanical /instructional videos out there ( and no added big ego like some others ) , you are obviously a good friend to have, everyone seems to agree with me, and I wished you lived on my block to share a beer. My feeling it would do you good to approach Honda HQ with your videos and I would bet you $100.00 they would give you a job doing mechanical/instructional videos such as this. You have a lot to offer and untapped potential I can see you going far with what I am mentioning. I hope you consider to do so. Please keep us updated with your own progress in life. Bravo and congrats .Kevin
i don't know why his videos relive my anxiety thanks bro you deserve my respect
Hi, Mitch. I am almost 70 years old. And bought my first Scooter, a 2018 Honda Ruckus. Thank you for all the Great DIY Maint Videos. Two questions; can you do a video on a belt change. And how long should you go, before doing a oil, coolant, gear oil and belt change. Thanks gcw

Simply the best ruckus fuel system video I've seen. Great job!
I thought you you were just going to do a couple of things but wow you just about covered everything. Lots of great information here for people like me who are learning. Great job my friend and Thank you.
We've all been there mate and done the same thing at some point in our maintenance life. Great video, really glad I stumbled onto it. Thanks for sharing.
I'm so glad I came across your channel and this video. Going to pick up a non running ruckus today. 300 miles on it. I'll do everything you did to see if I can get it running.
This video is actually a very big help to me I bought a 2017 black Honda ruckus last year I don’t have 50 miles on it yet however I’m going to change the oil at 100 miles and do a few other things you just showed me how to do about everything really appreciate that,,,, you did a fine job there sir. I hope I can repeat the process on my bike.
awesome! From the Dominican Republic send you a big THANK YOU BUDDY
I like that Scooter stand, mitch. Reminds me when I did a 300 video rebuild of a friends ruckus. That bike has more hoses than an octopus. 5 stars and Respect. RH DSD

Thanks man, ah haha yeah dang four stroke stuff. Keep up good work with dio videos!
There's a lot of great information packed into this video. Thanks for the work you did filming and editing it all. This gives me the confidence to do more work on my own scooters. I bought two new Honda Ruckus in 2018. Neither one has reached the 900 mile break-in oil change mark yet, but they're getting close. I'll be changing the oil on them in a week or two. Onward
Your videos are the best of their kind! Excellent video! I’m learning a lot from you and am considering getting another Ruckus because I’m becoming confident that I can service it myself. Thanks again!

Awesome! Thank you!
I have just recently stumbled across some of your videos, very great work and informative :-) I also like how you show your mistakes as well so other can learn as they are doing these DIY maintenance tasks. After being a motorcycle rider for almost 40 years, I am contemplating on getting a scooter myself to ride to/from my office or short trips to the grocery store with. I like the maintenance simplicity and storage capabilities of a scooter and being that I don't do road trips on two wheels anymore. Something in the 125cc range would work well enough and still give me my "2-wheel kicks". Again great job and keep up the good work!
I love this channel always entertaining thank you so much . Watching from Nova Scotia Canada cheers
Thanks a lot brother ! I appreciate your help ! Made my tune up much easier and saved me money !
Appreciate your videos, Man!! Watched the oil change on the ruckus yesterday and it was SOOO easy with your explanation! Appreciate it bro.. peace ✌️
I think I'll try this one today. Have to change the oil and filter in my 1200 first but my Ruckus definitely needs some attention. Thank, again mate!
This is mad. Great work Mitch!

Hey Mitch, The best ruckus maintenance video I’ve ever seen. I’ve cleaned out my carb/jets way too many times, Ha! The one thing I’d recommend you Tell your subscribers is to put non-ethanol gas in the Ruckus, especially if you’re storing it for long periods of time or over the winter. I do that in all my bikes, chainsaw, power washer, Weedwhacker, lawn mower, go ped.

Just picked up a 2009 with 208 miles. Had many fo the same issues. Mitch showed me here that I missed a jet (the one he knocked out by turning the carb upside down) I still need to find a stock exhaust, someone put a fart can on it. Great channel!
WHAT A LEGEND!
I watch your videos and they have helps me learn so much thanks friend!!!
The timing of this video could not be any better. I had a similar project where a scooter was left alone for a year and would not start. There are a few more steps you demonstrated in this video I need to try. I am hopeful I will be able to get my scooter working again. Thank you for the video.

Your diy are the best man, everything is explained so easy for new people like myself. Quick question is a gy6 very much different from a 50cc when it comes to maintenance stuff
Your video just motivate me again... thanks
If you buy a used Scooter my advice is empty the fuel tank. Use a oil dipstick pump if needed. I bought a 1 year old Ruckus. It had some oil in air box from laying on side. I replaced air filters, changed oil. Still ran bad. Surging. I was getting ready to replace fuel pump. The fuel was a really light yellow. I think the previous owner must have put a fuel stabilizer. Any way it ran but had a surging under load. Replaced fuel and runs great now.
Nice 👍🏻 the first person doing it in excellent 🤟
That's a cool old van. ❤️ the vids, keep it up.

I use acetone to clean out the carbon on the Jets .Or a good fuel injector cleaner.
I want one and from your video it looks like they are easy to work on.
Hi Mitch, I love your videos. Keep up the great work. I have a 2011 Ruckus that's been sitting awhile. I replaced the air tube and made sure the air box is sealed tight. The fuel pump was clicking loudly at first but now it's not clicking. It starts and idles fine and runs good until about 3/4 open throttle where it bogges out and wants to die. I think the fuel pump is dying, what do you think? Thanks Mitch!
Soo awesome! 🤙
i love this guy can i ask he cant hear right? just asking i think he is the best mechanic out there
Good job mate
These are the best tutorials I’ve seen, how much did you spend on parts getting this ruckus going again?
Love the videos Mitch! I recently bought a 2013 Honda Ruckus, but it has a choke issue that the previous owner told me about & he replaced it with an after market part from china, so it's having a problem staying running when I start it. Any videos, or ideas you can direct me too?
Just the video I was trying to find! (SAVE for favorites!) :)
