I would if they weren't so hard to find. It's pretty much impossible to get those oem shroud stickers.

Don't warm it up by just reving, ride it slow rev clutch in, ride change a few gears cuz some metals warm faster than others, your bike will last longer

Good tip. Thanks to the power of editing I cut that part out of the video but yes I usually ride them around slow and shift around to warm them up!

First you warm up by small revs in neutral… then you ride SLOW in first gear to warm it up fully and warm up gearbox. You don’t shift into higher gears because then the engine will cool down too much. These bikes don’t have thermostats. And it’s easy to overcool them if you ride fast in higher gears but with little throttle. They can drop below operating temp, which is not good.

jus recently got a 2stroke, do u rev while on choke? for like 10 sec then off choke then continue to rev?

@@kylecorbettyou’re fine just rev it lightly like you did in the beginning and wait til your radiators get warm to the touch then take off slow and ride it around til it’s at operating temp and get on the pipe with it

It is a 2005 CR125!

Man that motor sounds tired....I hear this rattling sound like something is vibrating when u rev it ...is something loose and clanking around or is that the motor making that noise cuz if so sounds like the bottom end is about to launch a million ball bearings all inside the motor and cases!!!!.....lol....well let's hope not.......I can't stand any little extra curricular sounds from vibration,like the brakes cotter pins or washers move and make noise when motor is revved and sometimes the anti rattle shim in the brake caliper get loose and make that dreaded sound......actually one of my biggest pet peeves is a rattling sound that I cannot find the source.......in which more often than not means a worn out bearing somewhere in the motor

Ohh ok cool...so when u tore motor down did u find any issues or wear tht was inside...?? Just curious on wat u found cuz I used to have a jdx tht made same sound but I never figured out we're it came from!!...lol

@@jessejarzabski5076 Nope, when I tore it down everything looked normal. Put it back together and it ran great. Could have just been bad audio, that was recorded on my old camera without an external mic.
