My 03 manual k24 accord will smoke tires still and run over 130mph with 396,000 miles not kilometers. My 97 civic LX with d16y7 with manual swap with 210,000 miles would run 120 before cam swap, I put a y8 cam and rockers in y7 head and have a video of it chopping like a V8. But right now putting in Vitara pistons and speed factory no notch rods and hit it with 100shot. Well see how long it last🤷

This man just did a full pull and then got an extra quarter of gas...

i love how many different gear ratios there are among the B series cars, and how they affect the performance in different speed ranges.

That is how Honda rewards you when you max out your car by goving you extra fuel

Man that engine is pulling so hard for only 160hp, got the chance to be in passenger in a CRX b16 and i was really surprised by this engine. Now i want one myself ahah

Yea very impressing I had 1990 integra xsi with b16a full exhaust n 421 extractors n it's flew to top speed wich was 180 lol and even before I put on exhaust extractors stock still was impressive

Um carro apaixonante! Tive um Accord 95 (minha foto de perfil) 2.2 16v F22B1 VTEC, era um verdadeiro canhão! Infelizmente colidi o carro com uma pessoa que passou na minha preferencial na chuva, a pessoa estava mexendo no celular, em 2015... Tinha 74 mil km rodados apenas... Sinto muita falta dele! Respect in the vtec and vti of the engine from second gear on wards ... minimum 129mph max 141mph guranteed give and the accuracy of the meters of that era of vehicles... but still over a 100mph on eg model that's fire within fire... I had a Honda Concerto with such an engine, sound It was amazing in the car, until now I had a tear in my eye, the engine and exhaust were tearing my snout so loud ... only after a year the same engine more at 220km / h spat the connecting rod with a fender and the exhaust spit out rings. I loved spinning it to around 8,200 turns. God what wonderful memories .

A friend of mine have the same car and engine. Just higly modified and not street legal any more. It has been tuned to hell and back. 10000 rpm redline, NOS and a big ass Turbo + new internals like forge pistons and a stroker kit. I don't know how much power it make, but it's enough to embarrassing 700 hp + cars. It's a crazy machine, that unfortunately can only be used on the track and closed areas.

Tenho um Accord 93/94, 2.2 com quase 400.000, ja passou nas maos de varios idiotas, que um inclusive dirigiu esse carro, por varios kilometros, de primeira marcha e fritou a embreagem e zuou as Bronzinhas, troquei a embreagem, bronzinas, e arruela de encosto, hoje bato na chave, so rela o bicho pega na hora e o motor funciona redondinho, so manutencao basica. Tudo funciona

My dream car is an r34 gtr, but by a fraction, The ek9 type r is mineeer

I can see this being possible because my little eg sedan with the non v-tech motor (full magnaflow exhaust, generic cold air) can hit around 105-110mph. Does it relatively effortlessly considering it has blown struts all the way around and lower front motor mount bushing is non-existent. I plan to fix these things and much more in the next few months but it is testament to the potential of the car and the fun you can have while not spending a ton of hard earned money.
