Can't like this enough, thank you. By the way, if you have a 3 pin flasher like mine, there will be an extra "E" terminal. Just connect that to any ground. Straight to the battery is fine. I tapped into one of the grounds on the fuel pump relay

Good day sir, do you perhaps know how to install 100W resistors for a integrated tail also on a cbr600rr? black/red wire. 2 of them.
I need help, I just bought a universal digital speedometer and I have a cable that connects to the bike wires Is there a book or a way to explain the function of the introduction wires?
Hellow sir, I have a cbr 600rr 2006 my fuel pump don’t prime when I turn the key and I also found that the turn signal light on front the green wires have power and the red one don’t maybe you can help me here, maybe that’s why mi bike don’t start light on the tachometer turn on, fuel pump I tested and they work this problem is driving me crazy! Hi ..I have a 2004 cbr 600rr right back blinker problem...please help
Hey Old Mechanic. Hope you are well. I have watched this video a few times. Now, I have an old bike a 2001 Kawasaki 1500 Classic E-4. I do have the book on the electrical wires and all. My question is are those relays only for the the newer bikes? I would love to have LED turn signals. I tried putting them in but they flash way too fast. Thank you for the videos again Sir. Randy

@@randyburgos Hi Randy, first thing you have to do is find your flasher relay on your bike. IF it has 2 wires (one is orange) then you change it with a 2 PIN LED flasher relay. like this one: nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005002087342318.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.7fb27081yacuGe&algo_pvid=42e4933f-5e99-440e-9bd9-1e1493709ced&algo_exp_id=42e4933f-5e99-440e-9bd9-1e1493709ced-13&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2212000018699364876%22%7D&pdp_pi=-1%3B1.4%3B-1%3B1.18%40salePrice%3BEUR%3Bsearch-mainSearch Hopefully this helps

On the wiring diagram find the instrument cluster. Then find win in and win out....those are the 2 wires you need. That will show you the colours to bypass at the blue plug. Hope that helps.
Where to find this led flasher relay?
If I want to change indicators in honda pc37 to LED then is IT enought to put in Led flasher 21Wx2+3,4W? does this work with hazard lights? when will all the turn signals come on?
@TheOldMechanic
Жыл бұрын
Yep as the electronic flasher relay doesn't mind the load (watts) 😉
Hey i did this but my turn signals wont work. They stay on, but when i use the turn signal they dont flash.
Is it the same with cbr600rr 2007 ? I have the same issues I try to find out how to connect the new flash relay

Hello Sophy, I am not sure. Just put one of you blinkers on, right or left and simply listen if you can hear a clicking sound, and where it comes from. Then if you located that, just simply feel with your finger if you got the right relay. It could be underneat your buddyseat for your model, but i am not sure. Perhaps someone on my channel knows it ? Greets from The Old Mechanic.

I know where the relay is. It's underneath the seat but how can I slow the hyper blinks ? Do I need to change the new relay ?
@TheOldMechanic
3 жыл бұрын
@@sophykim1758 Its the way the 'old' relay works. It blinks at a rate according to the load of the bulbs: 4 x 21wats + 2 from your indicator bulb. Thats 86 watts and according to this formula I = P / U Thats 7.16 Amp. (I= Amp P = Watt and U = Volt.) So its 86 Watt devided by 12 Volt. Now when you install LED blinkers those are in the Milli Amp range your old blinker relay 'freaks' out lolll. You can do 2 things, put a few resistors parallel over the bulbs to create the 7.16 Amps. BUT those resitors becomes terrible hot..!! So for me never an option. The best you can do is get an electronic flasher relay, as those are: load independed, so they blink at a certain rate no matter what you attach to it. Led or bulb. Hopefully this helps you. If its not clear to you please do let me know. Greets The Old Mechanic

Why are you showing people how to splice into their wiring harness making it's such a hard job to make your LEDs work properly all you got to do is replace the freaking flasher relay to an electronic flasher relay
