I've always preferred Honda,but I saw a MT125 in White with orange rims that I really liked. I also like the Svartpilen 125.

Low fuel indicator ? The orange light on the dash ? Honda has one for sure and I think the Yamaha too... Kill switch ? Both have one...

CB125R wins. DOHC is better than SOHC. Google why. Slightly longer wheelbase and length, more stability. Slightly higher seat height. Prefer the shorter exhaust for easier cleaning. Smaller fuel tank capacity on the CB125R though. But 10KG lighter so will probably use less fuel. Tiny improvement in torque over the MT Colours are better, apart from the Black MT, that's nice. Both bikes are great, there isn't much in it. You could buy either one and be happy, maybe a test ride to determine. I think it's shameful that neither of them has a USB charging port in today’s world.

Iv always liked Yamaha more but not keen on the new style of MT so thinking a getting a cb125r sport cafe looks sexy in blue and bronze

I have a Cb125r and currently top speed with no mods I got 86mph. Mpg I’m on 226mpg and it’s still going up

The honda weight is 130kg with a complete fuel load, yamaha is 140kg without, you made a mistake

i dont know what honda and yamaha's official top speed is on the bikes, but i do know that the mt125 can go well over 130, and the cb125r i have ritten on only got about 107kmh in it with long gearing.

CB125R has 13hp and pretty sure it has DRLs

no it has gotten a upgraded engine from the last sohc to dohc in 2021. giving it around 15 hp now.
