We are homestead shopping. It’s super hard and frustrating. High interest rates low inventory and sellers are overpricing places . Huge building and expansion boom for new homes in the burbs as well. Having just sold our property, it took us a year to get everything ready and in maintenance mode. I wonder if you will be in severe drought this year? Happy Spring.

Yeah who knows if everything will line up when we want it to. When we were looking for this place it took us over a year to find it. And it still wasn’t quite what we wanted but as close to as we could get. If we don’t get some good solid rain this spring it will be a tough one for sure.
