Great video but once again we have to guess the asking price, the taxes? You might want to be a bit careful when speaking about schools I'm confident that's not something that should be discussing, similar to the demographics of a neighborhood etc.... It's called steering if I'm not mistaken.

Hi Tony, you bring up great points but schools are listed on all of the 3rd party websites and Redfin even gives the ratings of them (Redfin is also a brokerage who has to follow license law). School districts in the Chicagoland area are also marketed by almost every agent in the written description. Also the reason we don't mention price or taxes in the video is because those may change from the initial time I make the video. I usually direct people to a website that has all the information. Since this house sold a long time ago, the website we created is no longer active. Thanks again for watching and great points and observations!
