How much is this houses it's not in a safe neighborhood
This house is now $863,000 within just 4 years (25% increase). My salary however is still the same.
Over 500k for this? This neighborhood has ghettos to the east and west. Chicago is getting way too overpriced.

You are very wrong , this is a very well desirable Bridgeport section right by Bridgeport art center . Me as being latino made it nearly impossible getting a home there but didn’t give up as multiple tries and getting my showings pushed back for what ever reason I managed to purchase an outdated home and little by little had been fixing it to our liking . It’s been 3 years now and all I could say I love the Neighborhood. I am the 3rd Hispanic there in the whole block . The other 2 have been there 25+ years

I'm not wrong, our standards are just different. I'd NEVER pay 500k for an uninspiring build in Bridgeport that sits in the middle of gang infested areas directly east, west and south.

@@AnaSpeirs I get your point . But that’s chicago and surrounding suburbs there’s gangs everywhere 🤷🏻♂️. It’s just a nicer neighborhood to us and better schools as well for my daughters.
No fireplace in the living room? Big mistake. Also should have had a Viking range.
