400g pumpkin (peeled)
130g gula melaka
200ml coconut milk
4 pandan leaves (knotted)

没椰糖也是可以的,只是椰糖会比较香,颜色也比较深。

冷藏就可以了,一般收2-3星期,舀咖椰的汤匙不要弄到水就不容易坏。
