Homemade Traditional Russian Pelmeni (meat dumplings, ravioli) Easy Recipe

Ingredients
For the dough:
500g of flour
1 egg
200ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
For the filling:
400g of ground meat of your choice (works best with 50% beef, 50% pork)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

    I don’t have a standing mixer so the last recipe I used didn’t turn out good. Glad to see how you did it, showing how sticky it was. No one seems to show that 😂

    This is not what I call recipe it’s a horrible video! There are no measurements whatsoever to this recipe so why even watch it?? I guess we can all guess for failure
