How To Make Russian Pelmeni? FRIED MEAT DUMPLINGS. The Best Recipe!

Homemade Pelmeni recipe:
Ingredients:
for 120 pieces with a diameter of 5.5 centimeters:
3 eggs
7 yolks
50 ml vegetable or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
500 grams of flour
300 grams of ground beef
300 grams of Indus / minced chicken
300 grams of onions
Mix eggs, yolks, butter and salt in a bowl. Pour flour into the mixture, constantly kneading. We continue to knead the dough that turned out on the table with our hands. Wrap the dough in foil for 10-15 minutes, then knead a little more with your hands. This must be done several times (2-3) in order not to knead the dough on your own for a very long time - the dough will disperse in the film.
For the filling, combine the ground beef and chicken with the chopped onion. Onions can be substituted for water if you don't like them. Season with salt, pepper and add any spices you like.
Roll out the dough and mold the dumplings. Sprinkle them with flour and freeze, or cook right away.

The advantage of homemade dumplings is that you can make the minced meat from the meat you want or mix from several types of meat, I would like to try to make a mix of lamb, fat tail and marbled beef😋 The main thing when you cook, roll out the dough in a thin layer

Surprisingly, this is a completely ordinary dough in taste, which does not differ deliciously from usual, the main dough needs to be rolled out thinly. However, the dough is slightly different in color from the usual one and does not crack when sculpting dumplings.

It is not necessary to have an ax, you can freeze the meat and grate it, this is sometimes done when there is no meat grinder or culinary axes or an ordinary ax😂😂😂
