As a Turk, I craved baklava so much that I woke up from my bed and went to make baklava. Thank you for making our food so delicious.

@@XOMB664 This is really nice. If you visit Türkiye, I recommend you to try the baklava here. Gaziantep baklava and cold baklava (with chocolate and a different recipe) are amazing.

It’s filo pastry, which is like croissant dough but even thinner. It puff up and it really flakey and fragile when baked. It’s also used in spanakopita, a savory dish with spinach and cheese

Aslında yufka denilen bir hamuru var özelliği çok ince olması ve kendin açmandır. Hazır yufka ile çok güzel olmaz. İçine antep fıstığı ya da ceviz konulur. Piştiğinde çıtır çıtır olur. Şerbeti döküp soğumasını bekleyin üzerine de maraş dondurması güzel olur. Baklava bir Türk tatlısıdır. Çok sevilir ❤😊

@@luna07430the flavor is amazing, it's usually made with a sweet syrup that sometimes has honey in it, and the crispness of the layers of phyllo make it even better. the pistachios balance it out and add a nice crunch. I think it's a unique taste that's hard to imagine until you try it yourself. I love it

It looks like an induction stovetop! Not sure what exactly it's made out of but if you google them you can find quite a few similar looking ones :> I'm not 100% sure tho but since in some of the videos you can see her cook food on there that's what my mind jumped to

These foreigners make fun of our Indian cooking. Some oil and they " you people have butter, ghee blah blah" But they can eat tons of fat in whole day in the form of beef, pork Sweets full of sugars, oils. Our daily cooking is health. Use of grains with fiber. Satnaja....it is flour made of seven healthy cereals. Our vegetables,pulses cooked in two three spoons of oil... Our spices are full of health. We don't use maida ( fine wheat flour which is used in noodles, pizza etc,) Our Dosas, dhoklas... Our drinks like lassi, sattu ( full of protein), aam panna, use of homemade curds... That is our cooking... healthy. Proud tobe Indian..❤❤

for fucking hell sake what is this. What is this patriotism here. Let me tell you this, nobody here is complaining about Indian food being oily. Also, this woman is turkish. The majority of the turkish population doesn't eat pork because they are muslim. Now, because they make one sweet u say these foreigners eat unhealthy shit, no!! You indians have gulab jamun, jalebi, kheer, and more and all of that is unhealthy! You have many unhealthy dishes and are ignoring them. Also you are completely ignoring Kerala and Goa (other states as well) that do eat beef and pork. Beef isn't very fatty as well (although pork is as well). Everything you mentioned isn't all of your cuisine. There are much unhealthier dishes as well. Yes in the villages this type of eating is common. But not so much in the cities. So don't blame it on foreigners! Your cuisine is not unhealthy but nobody is calling it that.

My brother brought baklava (didn’t know the name before)from his trip and when I ate that I was like it resembles so much like something like one of our Indian sweet.I then wondered what is this sweet but didn’t knew the name back then.But thanks to social media now I know what is this and how to make.Looking forward to make this one day.Thank you for the recipe .
