Homemade Egg Noodles

Making homemade egg noodles is a lot easier than you might expect and the flavor is marvelous! Yes, there do have several steps involved and some drying time. But, they are both fun to make and delicious. If you are looking to become a bit more self sufficient and not as dependent on the grocery store, this recipe is for you!

    My grandad used to make these when I was a little boy. He was a chef and cooked on fishing boats and things like that. He was very very talented.

    Once dry, I have kept them for 6 months. They may keep longer but I have not done that. Thank you for commenting!

    My gramma and mom, now I make these. I remember the first time I made them with my mom. She didnt mention I should take off my engagement ring. What a mess that was!
