This is one of my fav things ever! You can also put some al dente cooked penne, chicken fillet and bechamel sauce and then on top of it put the cauliflower and add parmesano & then bake it in the oven! So yummy!

I love that you cook everything from scratch even dpwn to the breadcrumbs. Makes a world of difference for sure.

I flew in from Seattle for your book event at the KZread space I rsvped the minute you posted the event, I got there an hour early and got turned away bc the event was full! I was so upset but I still enjoy everything you do! I still managed to have a decent trip.. Just wanted you to know how dedicated I still am!

This is my favourite side-dish of ALL time! I love roux sauces and cauliflower SO much, I used to eat a whole gratin as a meal on it's own! I'm going to try adding the parsley, breadcrumbs and butter as you've suggested. Yum! Yum! Yum!

Laura your passion for cooking is contagious!!! Years ago I lived in Italy for few years and had a pleasure of eating original "nonnas" food:). I'm just extremely busy and I don't want to waste my time and effort making something that I don't know for sure will be worth making.
