Joel, this is an exquisite classic cauliflower dish that I learned from my mother. She ( now me ) did it exactly like you did except topped it with butter and breadcrumbs, but Panko would give it a nicer crunch. As always an exquisite video. From Southern California with love💋

The cauliflower is a feast for the eyes! Top fresh and great quality. It is a pleasure to work with such raw materials. The preparation shown here in cheese-bechamel sauce au gratin is one of my favorite variations. Breaded, fried in floating oil with tartar sauce, this vegetable is also very delicious.👍
