You can store it in fridge in airtight container for 15-20 days... if you want to store it for longer you can store it in freezer

Thank you for your reply*Rita ma'am* I have a request Can you please, please, please kindly teach me easiest way to spread KHANDVI without pressure cooker. In the normal stirring process. I really don't understand why I have failed 8times. I don't have any non stick utensils. I have olden days utensils. We always cook Punjabi curry in round shaped base aluminium container which we say in Hindi Doonga . I have tried stirring in this utensil but the batter doesn't spread. Without pressure cooker with the old process what are the tips and secrets of cooking good *KHANDVI*. I always have the correct measurements. Even then I have failed
