Aap cake ko fridge me rakhna, not in the freezer. Fridge me rakhne se cake fresh rahega, set hone me help hoga and hard nahi hoga.

If we want to bake it so what should be temperature and time ? And can we use 8inch mould instead of 6 inch will it make any difference?

Most recipes call for 350 degrees - I tend to lower to 340 deg
