If you haven’t tried it before, highly recommend doing a flavored cream cheese on a breakfast sandwich instead of mayo! Onion and chive or garlic and herb cream cheese work great :)

You can never beat homemade 👌🔥🙌👏🏻👏🏻 It’s coming up to midnight here- but bagels were my evening meal earlier. I had scrambled egg with fresh chives and ham and I had cream cheese with fresh chives s+p and ham- on poppyseed bagels. Delicious

i see you use the hexclad pans.....i was one of the first, had an issue with the nonstick, they sent me another, i use both pans now, and they are seasoned beautifully.........great product, very heavy bottom........second pan didnt have the same issues, and the first pan is so seasoned, it doesnt stick either now
