About a week ago someone set up a tent in my back garden. Since then, coffee, tea and toilet paper have been used up much faster and the shower often looks wet. Sometimes I hear someone laughing, but I don't see anyone - except for the dog, who now stands in front of my door every morning and, by looking intensely, asks for a sausage for breakfast.

I live in the Caribbean and have followed all your vlogs…and introduced some others to you. We all love them. I have always wanted to have a narrowboat adventure while visiting so that’s on my bucket list for when travel becomes easier. What I have noticed is how much more Shaun speaks these days. Scottish canals are a lot quieter. I live in Kirkintilloch, right beside the Forth and Clyde canal, very rare to see anyone on the water tbh. A bridge needs lifted if anyone goes under, and can't remember the last time it moved lol Scotland still has flats/homes cheaper than buying a boat unlike down south

At first, I followed your videos, because of the boating and the amazing fantastic scenery, you are really good with your camera. I like you Colin find change extremely difficult. 20 years ago, I made a move from a 3,696 sq ft house to a 576 sq ft cottage. It's is quite amazing what you can collect and never really realize that you can live without. I, just this year got rid of boxes, that I brought with me 20 years ago and had never opened. As a regular viewer and crew member this vlog was you two riffing about the past and future, and I found I really funny. But if I'd have just been random KZread skimming I'd have thought it was two escaped, (I think the correct terminology is), bewildered blokes in a park rambling about a boat they once had, and one they were, at some undisclosed point in the future, going to get and a character, called Otis! I've not been so highly entertained for 16 minutes 15 seconds, since Morecombe and Wise finished. Thank you so much.

Yeah I guessed Scotland as well only because we stayed in a hotel like that , Unbeknown to me Mart told them Id used all the toilet rolls up I got a phone call from reception asking me to come down ,I shot down like a rocket passing Mart on the stairs shouting reception called it might be bad news ..like you do ..only to be met by a smerking lad who said your husband said you used all the toilet rolls and handed me a bag with about 20 toilet rolls in it, I ran back up the stairs hoping I would meet him on the way so I could smack him on the back of his head with them.. Good luck lads can't wait to see the new living quarters xx ☺

Oh, yes, you can't mistake the A9, just after the road goes over the railway bridge across the river from Dunkeld House. 13:14 looks like the A66, and they pass the 'Welcome to Scotland' sign at Gretna.

Might not have to wait too much longer!

Well knowing you had a decent chunk of time between selling one, and the building of the 2nd, I was hoping you'd become foxes in a van driving around and vlogging your adventure. But now, knowing your going back on the water, and maybe seeing a clue in the outro you headed to Scotland, and from the time you spent driving, I'm hoping it's Foxes Afloat - The Nessy Files!

I think those are bees and flies, not wasps. i'm a tent camper and gardener and hope for a glimpse of your camp set up and the secret garden. Wonderful video this week. I almost started crying when you described leaving the Fox. Really looking forward to your new adventure.
