Ah yes, this lab rat human doesn’t have an established limit so that somehow makes him fair competition for a centuries old alien super soldier. By that logic, Usain Bolt is good competition for the flash because we haven’t seen him lose a race 🙄

@@iphunniblackman4114 like I said in my other comment above, Homelander was incapacitated for a reasonable amount of time due to a bus being thrown on him, while Omni-Man took an extremely powerful laser to the face and ate it for breakfast. If we’re going off the comics, Homelander isn’t exactly that powerful, as he gets defeated by yk who (*won’t spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read the comics*). Even if the show isn’t basing Homelander’s power level off the comics, it still wouldn’t really matter; Omni-Man, as you said, is a really old Alien with more than 1000+ years of fighting experience and planet-conquering. He also has happened to fight many beings that have been close to if not on the same power level as himself. Homelander has never fought anyone close to his level of power, whatever that may be; just stays back and let’s his heat vision do all the work for him. So again, it doesn’t really matter what Homelander’s true limit is. There is evidence to support him being not all that powerful (in both the comics and the show) and Omni-Man is just intellectually superior, both on the battle-field and just in general. Seriously, Homelander acts similar to a child lashing out, which doesn’t clash well with a warrior capable of committing mass genocide on an entire planet in just a few hours

@@GabesEdtiz Homelander lived and raised with nuke near near him. We don't know what he is capable or his limits. And people always gives example that black noir vs Homelander but thing is, black noir is clone of homelander. So if you ask me, it's pretty normal that he can beat to shyt out of homelander. Like injustice superman beats to other universe's supermen. Other than this, like I said, we don't know his limits

To be honest, Omniman trained as a soldier to know the full extent of his powers. Homelanders knows how to use his powers because Vought trained him to do it but not at same level as Omniman. Given that he s never faced a threat that he couldn't handle, he s become too lazy to train like Omniman had.

I love both of these shows. But Nolan could single-handedly take the 7. He basically does as much in episode one.

Yeah he could probably take everyone in The Boys (the show, never read the comics). But there are several folks even stronger than him in the Invincible comics. HIGHLY recommend to anyone on the fence.

Even Cecile and his government is able to subdue Homelander with ease. The government in Invincible is so capable compared to other series/movies.

Not necessarily...everything nice he did was a lie and then he slaughtered millions of innocent men women and children with his own son, not figuratively but literally

The scale of Omni man's world is fare bigger than Homelander in the boys Omni man destroyed a meteor the size of Texas for Peet's sake and plus Omni man can actually catch a plane in the air unlike Homelander

I d like Homelander to finally meet his match. I know there have been characters that were able to manipulate him. No suprise there, he s got the emotional intelligence of a child but what he needs now is someone able to challenge him on a physical level. That would mean evolution for him. Otherwise he wouldnt stand a chance against someone like Omniman, Homelander would probably try to beat him to a bloody pulp but if his strenght and flight capabilities are overwhelmed by Omniman s, then his only counter measure would be his laser vision. Assuming Viltrumite cells arent invulnerable to lasers as well.

Omniman wins no doubt but homelander is really takes the cake for me the actor who played homelander i think his name his antony starr he really murdered the role
