I strongly doubt that she was genuinely scared and not just putting up an act to make Homelander feel like he was still in control. Sure Homelander is tough, but she is probably the only one in the series up to that point who could put up way too much of a fight.

Stormfront is the 4th strongest supe because Maeve is 3rd she is just behind Soldier Boy and Homelander, Soldier Boy is 2nd but he has the power to take powers from a supe so he is kind more dangerous than Homelander but Homelander is the strongest and the fastest by alot he is way faster than the fastest military jets.

I don't think she was scared. While Homelander is stronger, Stromfront is the oldest supe, she was the strongest along Soldierboy for decades, and it is doubtful she was even close to being threatened in power. She probably thinks she could defend herself and even win if it comes to that (which is probably not true, but she does not act like someone who is threatened).

He really felt mixed emotions after going from her place. On one side he is furious with her On the other hand she honestly praised him which he hadn't experienced in a long time.

I don’t think many people really understood what happened here: Stormfront knows perfectly well how strong Homelander is, so the fact that she teases and annoys him proves that she’s not scared. What she did here was taking a step back in order to give him the reassurance that he is still in control of the situation, then a few seconds later she gets it back with her reasoning and the touches, along with the praises. She was never scared, but she needed to make him perceive her as not just another subordinate of his, but as his equal, so that she could use his popularity to her advantage. The fact that she fell in love with him, I don’t think it was planned, and I’m not even fully convinced that she was in love with HIM: I think she was more in love with the concept of him, tying to her past as a nazi (him being the “perfect specimen” and all that). It is also showed later on that his lasers can’t cut her. The reason we can be sure of that is because Homelander is not used to train to moderate his powers: if he shoots the laser, it will be at maximum. Plus, the fact that Ryan was actually able to defeat her with only his laser shows how truly powerful a natural supe is, and I have no doubt that a fully grown Ryan could take on prime Homelander with ease

I'm guessing since you are asking these questions you don't mind getting spoiled, so I'll give you the answers. He and his son are the only ones that have energy beams come from their eyes that we know of so far. To answer your other question, I think it's extremely unlikely that she could kill him. She can probably put up a better fight than anyone else though of all the supes we've seen in action

Stormfront is more insinuating than intimidating. Most of the time she doesn't try to scare people, she tries to control their emotions (riling them up or making them feel bad). Homelander does that too sometimes but he prefers flat out intimidation than subtle and sly scenes like this.
