I'd prefer if the rest of the Boys was out too but if I worked for amazon and had to make the decision I'd do exactly the same as their job is to maximise profits for their company, why would they get fired for doing their job? Spiderman being on ps4 greatly increased ps4 sales and gave them a competitive advantage against xbox. Thats just how capitalism and business works. They don't make these products for you they make it too make money. If you wanna protest that then unsubscribe to amazon or don't buy a ps4, but ima guess despite your protest your still gonna wait for the other episodes, and you probably did buy a ps4 to play Spiderman. So Amazon and Sony still wins

@@geraldojunior740 I wish we'd gotten this Luthor in BvS. I wish we'd gotten the writers of this show for BvS too. Smart dialogues showing character traits and smart arcs too... To successfully diverge and improve from the comics. Imagine if the three hours were actually used for something sensible with Snyder's visuals.... It would have been so satisfying. Even in the ultimate cut, the writing was scene setup was the consuming and bloated.

Something I didn't notice/realize about this scene initially is he used his laser vision to heat the milk up. Which indicates to me that he has very precise control over it. This also means that every time he causes collateral damage with his laser vision i.e. the plane scene could be prevented by showing restraint with it. This of course goes against his character but I still find it interesting

The reason he does this to blindspot is that Blindspot actually overcame difficulties to become a super-hero whereas Homelander just got them as a gift and has not earned his powers. He immediately felt that Blindspot was superior in terms of achievement and hence he snapped due to his wounded ego.

He really is doing a great job with the character. He is wicked scary and intimidating. Then he seems sympathetic when you consider how he was raised. Then there is the humor with the little character quirks like flipping the cape before he sits each time. Add to that the public persona with the smiles and speeches for the cameras. It is a excellent performance.

Ashley actually felt bad for Blindspot, look at how she covers her mouth with that horrifide expression. She isn't evil and can feel for others unlike Homelander, she is just a normal person stuck in a position where she's forced to act cold and that's really tragic

Yea I agree. I don’t get when people compare her to being as evil as HL. Don’t get me wrong, Ashley is a corporate stooge doing the bidding of a large evil corporation, but I always got the feeling like she’s just trying to do what she can to survive. Not even 30 min into her new role until she was threatened by HL. We can see glimpses of her humanity throughout the show but you can tell she’s just tryna get by. She’s still a POS though lol

Imagine crying with excruciating pain and realising you can't even hear your cries anymore. To not be able to acknowledge your own pain. And to suffer in darkness.

I love how Homelander keeps up his happy act perfectly up until the point he ruins the kids life, completely unexpected he comes in, recognises Blindspot, holds a massive smile and even gives Ashley a pat of approval alongside the positive remarks to Blindspot. All to completely flip within a second, amazing acting.

Once Homelander told her she’s dispensable she probably realized that Stillwell was murdered.

I only just noticed something amazing with the direction of this scene, when Ashley says she's found a hero you don't immediately see Homelander's reaction at 2:35 because he's walking away, I can imagine his mask slipping at the idea of someone replacing a member of the seven, for him... but he just gets it back together as he turns around.

i never knew Anthony starr before, but this made him one of the best actors i know.

I love how Homelander never takes his uniform off.

I love Ashley, especially the character who plays she plays the scared really well; you can literally see afraid of Homelander not just afraid really afraid, the actress does a great job of portraying that on screen.

You know whenever Homelander is smiling and talking to someone, he is literally threatening them. XD

With all that blood, being deaf is a least of his worries.

it’s so powerful the way he says “FOR. FOX. ACHE. ASHLEY. DONT. LOOK AT HIM. LOOK AT ME!” absolutely perfect acting

He is such an amazing actor, the portrayal of homelander is unreal

I just imagine Blindspot getting his hearing back and joining the Boys.

I've only felt Butcher's wife's love for homelander.

The gymnasium set is amazing. And I don't recall it being used in any other scene? Production values baby!
