Do you build these for other folks. Pretty simple and small batch design

It's cool! Can I buy one from you, such a device? How much will it cost to go to Russia?

I Like your simple design. Do you think to add a level sensor in this model and save one person? Or, is necesary to upgrade in arduino or similar as you show in others videos? Thank you. Javier

A sensor wouldn't do much good on this one. Still takes one person to fill and seam. The second person was just wiping cans and taking them to the fridge. Using buttons removed a lot of cost, they're easier to build, and require no programming. This is the only model I will build moving forward.

What made you switch from a dual can filler design to just a single can?

The operation of the single set up like this is easier to run and basically just as fast. Two of everything complicates the build and really isn't needed at home or in a micro brew setting. So far this is my favorite build and easiest filler I've made.

Reaction Brewing makes perfect sense. I ran your numbers and you Deff pump out cans fast and you get the can lid on and seams as fast as possible which I thought might of been another reason for ditching the dual filler design

@@RobbiCris to me, getting the lid on is the most important part with a set up like this. There's not much we can do to keep DO numbers down but I do what I can (no pun intended 😂). I think to go any faster you'd need a person running the seamer. That adds even more complexity to it, now you have a second person grabbing cans off the filler/tray. IMO it isn't worth the slight increase in speed.

Reaction Brewing you literally crack me up man, don’t ever change cause I watch all your videos multiple times and when you c rack jokes or accidentally mess up, your reactions have been rolling on the floor. But I completely agree. At your speed which is roughly 29 seconds you are at the most efficient way of doing it, with the best care for the beer.

@@RobbiCris haha thanks for watching, I'm glad someone out there thinks I'm funny. I don't think I've ever made a video where I didn't screw something up 🤣. On my lastest filler video we ended up with 76 cans in 22 minutes (actually counted after the video). I could've went a little faster but I probably would've ended up screwing up more seams in the end. 3-3.5cpm by hand is moving right along. Thanks again for watching!
