Home warranties suck! Home warranty consumers suck! They perform no maintenance or upkeep, expect things to “just work”. Don’t shut off units when advised and run them into the ground… expect priority service after hours and weekends. I could go on and on. Framed my letter of termination 11 years ago and never looked back!
I’ve had days like this too. You did the right thing by your customers Mike. Money can’t buy the feeling of doing something nice for someone that deserves it. Those people will call you again, then charge them double! 🤣 …no no just kidding. 😀

Are Daikin ductless splits good? I currently need to replace my Mitsubishi 3 ton and got a quote for a Daikin. I never heard of them before so I thought I would ask. Thanks!
On the third call, why didn't you charge for the part? You were doing a $100 service call. Why would that include parts? Also, did you get the guy to cancel his home shield insurance and get a Mikey Pipes Service Contract? Same question with the second service call? Did you sell him a service contract?
