Love that you generally deal in affordable house bits & clothing on your vlogs & that you show yourself in housework clothes. Much as I’d like to swan round in cream cashmere co-ords at home, they aren’t very practical for cleaning & house maintenance

Hi Laura, I have the same big stone jug as you. I put a plastic soup container pot inside it, and then you can fill it with water and no leaks!

A great idea for your cream heavy jug on the shelf Laura …if you find it leaks water at the bottom, place inside a smaller glass bud vase or a washed old oat milk/orange juice carton (or similar) with the lid cut out. You can then still use your jug to display flowers 💐 😊

I’ve found that if you want the labels of anything the trick is to fill it up with hot water and let it sit for about 20 minutes, the heat loosens the adhesive from inside and makes it much easier to remove

Use a hairdryer on stuck labels. Finish with Glue be Gone if bits still stuck.

This is my favourite type of content ❤️ Isopropyl alcohol for sticky labels!

I usually use a ceramic bowl and put a wet paper towel over it before heating it up.

Nail varnish remover for labels and soak in warm water for a while. Leave the bottles on the side. I feel your pain trying to open stuff after a man 😅
