Ingredients: Boil 200 ml of water for 4 mins shut it, then add 3 curry leaves cover, & let it stay for 5 mins Add 1/4 tsp turmeric Add 3 pinches cinnamon Add 2 pinches black pepper Add 1 pinch ginger powder If too spicy add honey to taste or reduce the pinches Drink it 2-3 times a day but not on empty stomach Eat Vitamin C rich food & Take Vitamin D as well. I was suffering firstly from a viral infection for 3 weeks and had a sore throat for another 2 weeks. Sir i had the same symptoms and consulted 3 doctors and ENT they recommended some different class of antibiotics likes doxy, amoxicillin and cephalopods for two to three weeks …but the throat pain and burning sensation in Uvula and the connection between throat and nose is still there , the mucus is always coming and my lips are getting dried up always and tongue is sticky sometimes espicually in morning I feel very uncomfortable with burning senstaion and pain of throat and upper respiratory…this has started after a severe throat pain mucus came for two days a month back….now i started taking ayurveda like breathe eazy granules powder which has zinger long pepper nimbu etc …..but i do not have any chest congestion nor any breathing issues ….but i see always my ears are blocked and some kind of itching and feel hard under tongure
