Today I throw in a couple variations on the arm workout. The face away cable curl, and the skull crusher. At the end I put in some helpful tips about shrugging and how to maximize the impact on your traps

    Thanks for posting a video with the voltra. You’re the only one who isnt from beyond power on KZread right now using it. Any regrets with it vs using a selectorized functional trainer?

    I’m gonna be honest with you, aside from the fact that it’s different, I can’t find anything wrong with it and a couple of my videos I did state some of the issues I have, and they did an update that fixed them. I very rarely find an exercise where I need over 200 pounds worth of resistance aside from lat pull downs. It’s expensive, but so far worth every penny
