One of my favorites of theirs. Adam and Tim killed it. Tim looks like he did the crime. Adam belongs in the insane asylum and the others are accomplices….hahaha. Don’t pay attention to the height charts. They’re all wrong. The boys are tall though between 6’1” and 6’4”. Love this version. Kinda bluesy/jazzy. So good. This was filmed during Covid so the boys did what they could. Still fire. Good reaction Devin.

The guys did a great job of this Johnny Cash cover. Made it into a jazzy blues style. And they all look like some sort of criminals especially Tim & Adam. Remember this was done during quarantine so none of them were physically together. They were very creative during that time. Love the background train noises. Adam's beatboxing is crazy good & so is Tim's low notes.

Hey Young Feller... I joined the Army (instead of prison) in 1968. By 1974, after a drug history and Vietnam, I was a newly married guy (who knows how?!?) curling up in fetal position anxiety attacks with my head in the lap of my 19 year old bride. Soon after, the Spirit of God set me free (her too!) and sent me on the adventure of a lifetime! Gratz on being a son!! P.S. We're coming up on 48 years of marriage and I love that girl more now than then!!!

Been watching your reactions to Home Free, love your enthusiasm. I'd also love for you to branch out with different a cappella groups. There is Pentatonix (aka PTX) and Voiceplay. These 3 groups are considered the Trifecta of a cappella and they're all family friendly songs. PTX is considered the Kings and Queen of a cappella, Home Free is mostly known as a country band and Voiceplay are the theatrical kids of a cappella. They all 3 are different but amazing in every genre they perform. Voctave is another awesome group that is in a category of its own.

Just a little trivia for you concerning Johnny Cash --- when he did his Folsom Prison performance in the 50s Myrle Haggard was there as an inmate. Johnny's performance inspired Myrle (who was 20 at the time) to join the prison country band where he started writing songs and performing --- Johnny turned Myrle's life around ---- another example of the Lord working through someone else on this earth to turn someone around in life.

The cool thing about this was that it was during quarantine. They were all quarantined in their homes, and this was edited together. Check out Counting Flowers on the Wall and be amazed, they are so talented. Chris Rupp, Adam Rupp (brothers), and Rob Lundquist (from Wisconsin) were the founding members. They picked up Tim(from Texas) for bass and Austin (from Georgia) as principal tenor when Chris Rupp went out on his own, and they added Adam Chance (from Alabama).

Labeling the HF members as "tenors" or "basses" is convenient for the audience, but not a good description of the singers. Each of the four can get below C2, which makes them all basses. Each can get above C5, which makes them all tenors.
