You two are the best, but I’m falling for dan. Tastings are a favorite part of each program. Everyone is special! What an outstanding group of people-so kind and sweet!
Best cooking show on TV! Can hardly stand to watch the Food Channel amymore. Real Chefs and real food and not all the celebrity!

Thank you all for this most beautiful episode. It is about the people, the rest is gravy. Best wishes to you all.
You honestly just warmed my heart and helped me realize holidays are just about family, food, and fun. Keep the stress low!
Such a wonderful treat from all of you. Watching is the only non fattening thing that will happen for the holidays. Thanks all.
It's so good to see Test Kitchen on KZread! I can't afford to have the cable channels now that I am retired so I haven't seen TK in probably 10 years! I love it! LOL Judie

I had enough of TV and hated the reality shows so I had the cable turned out. We are not alone. Cable is dying as other forms of creativity are accessible. I hated the reality shows and when the history channel started degrading, that was it I also do not worship celebrities so it was easy to turn the tv off. I do not miss it.

What does cable has to do with ATK? They’re on PBS Create channel, over the air antenna. I never had cable, only watch old movies channels and PBS anyway.

I use a Roku box with my TV (requires in-home wi-fi). ATK is one of the "free" channels. The channel shows all 20 years of ATK and is the perfect accompaniment to the ATK "Twentieth Anniversary TV Show Cookbook." The videos are, of course, entertaining, but any of the recipes that look particularly appetizing can be looked up directly in that one book. Keep a highlighter handy for the index and Post-It notes for the inside cover.
This was AMAZING! The cast is fabulous and are so genuinely in love with what they do. My subscription to their website was an investment that has paid for itself MANY times over. Love Elle, she is such a relatable part of the show and has truly grown on me.
I like ATK better now as there is no Star of the show,. There are two main presenters, but other cast members that appear are not diminished as employees of the show as was before. The team collaboration that I now perceive is great. No Boss, just a bunch of expert nice people teaching us cooking methods. Fantastic! Though watching ATK on KZread is great, I will be renewing my hard copy subscription to ATK. Yes, I do their names. Didn't want to name names at this time.

Christopher Kimball was the head honcho of ATK, but once Conde Nast bought the show and the magazine they wanted to place ads in the magazine and acquire commercial sponsors for ATK, but Chris wanted it to stay non-commercial and unbiased like Consumer Reports. Ultimately, Conde Nast won out, and they bought out his contract. He had to honor a non-compete clause for about a year before he could start Milk Street Productions.

Watching that guy was uncomfortable. He was too uppity and too picky. He must have been a nightmare to work with. This was a breath of fresh air to watch! With him in past shows he treated it like those judges on those stuffy competition shows on the well-known cooking network that I won't say their name. These people look much more relaxed and enjoying themselves.
Well, you all have been on TV for a long time doing all these recipes and tests. You've earned respect! It's no wonder people recognize you and ask for advice! Well done! 😀
I love you all! I was lucky enough to meet Julia and Bridgette in KC a few months ago at the Culinary Center, you all are so much fun to watch. Thank you! I can't wait to try the French Breton since I got to visit France this year:)
You guys have taught me so much over the last several years about cooking and equipment. I'm so proud to emulate your kitchen and recipes. Thank you so much for your effort and information.
I’m watching this in 2020 and feeling nostalgic for Thanksgivings past! It will only be a small crowd of three this year but I’m optimistic for 2021 to be back to healthy, normal holidays!
Thank you so much for 1) a reasonable sized entree with fool proof gravy (wahoo!) and 2) a brilliant addition to my cookie repertoire! When is the party? I’ll bring. A bottle of something 😁!
I love and have watched this show for years. No BIG ego's just really good folks, cooking and it's soo informative. The "gadget" portion and the why's behind the hows, it is gold. Love yal'l!
I literally LOVE this channel and all of you guys on it; I have learned so much that I actually surprise myself whilst discussing certain culinary issues with more experienced cooks and even chefs who cook and bake professionally. I actually sound like I know what I'm talking about, and you know what? I do! It's all because I don't watch you guys for entertainment; I watch to LEARN, and real learning takes place. Thank you so much for all of the effort put into these episodes. You are helping millions of people not just in the US (although for some reason, some western Europeans watching this are often loath to admit it), but around the globe! You're fantastic and my absolute favorite culinary channel!
What a great presentation!
This show is the best shows ever.
This show is like my food bible, this is my go to place when it comes to food and all things related. The cast is fun to watch, very inspiring and they all have a wonderful upbeat positive vibe, real people with great talent ! My 82 yr old dad told me about it and he watches it to learn how to cook..After 59 yrs of my mom doing all the cooking her health problems keep her from being able to cook like she used to. My dad is now learning and this show is a God send for him. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ this show!!!

I've learned so much from watching them. I love all cooking shows, but this one is my very favorite. I can read cookbooks and follow the directions; but I seem to retain so much more by watching someone else make a dish. I retain it better. This is why I keep a note pad and pen on the end table by my easy chair.
Okay guys anybody ....anybody out there... can you imagine going to any one of these guys's house for Thanksgiving ....I would totally be in heaven
It's that time of year again. The holiday special season.
Ladies! I have not watched ATK in a few years! I love the atmosphere now, you all have turned it into a happy fun place to be, and great food to boot! A big thank you, I am back!😊❤😊‼
Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was what we had every Christmas. On my French side of the family my pepe made toutiere pie, which I make every year in his honor. Onto millionaires ♥️♥️
I am so glad to have found this here at You Tube. I missed it when it was on our PBS station. In the time that Bridget and Julia have taken over, it was clear from the start that there was a definitely relaxed feel about. Then came Season 17, Episode 7 - The Ultimate Sticky Buns. The look on Bridget's face to what she did next and next after that, etc had me rolling in laughter. I really needed to laugh that day. Bridget was very right too.....I made those buns myself and almost cried they were that good, Happy Holidays!

Hey, Mark. ROLL TIDE from a Tennessee BAMA fan!
Great tip using paring knife to cut into roast so it’s easier adding seasoning into meat
Thank you for your video! I’ve been cooking over 50 years, but I love learning new techniques, such as the salt, pepper and SODA rub for the tenderloin...who knew? Our Christmas feast this year will have a new star! Happy Holidays!
I adore watching you so much you’re ALL so awesome! I am a damn fine cook having been blessed with a good cook teacher-my mom, and a fabulous cook ne’ chef my grandmother. 40yrs in the restaurant business didn’t hurt either. At 63, I just wanna get your cookbook and cook strictly from that. You each carry a piece of my grandmothers ways that fills me up in a joyful experience and I am grateful!!! Pass the damn Kleenex!!! Merry Christmas to each and every team member, may you be BLESSED IN LOVE and experience the JOY you bring us!!! Happy healthy holidays!!!

My husband's going to love the millionaire's shortbread, Twix candy is his favorite.
This was the absolute Best of the BEST! THANK YOU :-)
I been cooking since I was 8 on the farm thanx to my mom and Older sister. My husband and son lovers my cookin for 50 years now
This show is it! My favorite cooking show on TV and the best chefs. Love you guys!
We got to see you, Julia and Brigit, in Kansas City in October; I don't know when we've had that much fun! Good to see you ladies back!
A nice little Holiday gift from ATK that keeps giving! I am most inspired by this cooking shows over all food related TV. I want to be educated every bit as much, or more, than entertained. This show hits that special combination of both: excellent presenters meticulously guiding the viewer to be able to actually cook and bake these recipes at home. I hope they put lots of episodes here and am grateful for this Holiday Special.
All your recipes are great and I always learn something new. Thank you also for the folks evaluating all the kitchen gear and gadgets. Happy Holidays
I have watched this 3 times...I love your family of chefs. Thank you for sharing!
My daughter and I made the beef tenderloin and persillade sauce last Christmas. It was fabulous. I used the extra sauce on deviled eggs on New Years eve, yummy. We'll do it again this year. Thank you!
You are the BEST!💖
What a lovely holiday treat! I just finished watching this special and enjoyed every second. Every recipe looked amazing and as always carefully crafted and explained. So fun to see everyone relaxed and enjoying the experience. Well done!
Sooo many wonderful recipes! I can't decide which one to try so I guess I'll try them all!!!!Thank you so much for sharing these tasty recipes with us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. 🎁🍾🎅🎉🎄☃️
This was incredible! Total fun and homey💕✨
Thank you.
I made this recipe for millionaire’s shortbread, and it is perfection! I also now use that double sling method for all the bar recipes I make. Thanks ATK!
Thanks so much for sharing. You all are awesome!
Love this a lot! These folks have become family friends in my heart!
Having eaten Gateau Breton in Brittany, I can attest to the authenticity of the recipe. Delish! Not nearly as scary to bake as I thought it would be. Love that we get to see the real people behind the ATK.

I love this show
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't stop salivating. You are the best.
By far my favourite cooking show !! I have watched since Chris Kimble days and really enjoyed it then , but when he left the show and then Julia and Bridgette took over as lead hosts of the show I wasn’t too sure if it was going to be as good. How wrong I was! They work so well together and the accompanying chef/ cooks on the show all come together to give such a relaxed vibe. You all look like you’re having fun and at the same time giving us some great ideas and information on how to prepare some very tasty food. And you know because it’s the “Test Kitchen” the recipe has been tried many times and perfected already for the rest of us.
Thanks for a great and warm and friendly holiday video. Love to all of you. You Rock!!!!
What Jack said about being a pie person is what I have said many times to many people over the years. I do eat cake and can make them quite well, but it's all about pie. No competition.

One of the best episodes of ATK! Very nicely done - love the memories thrown in of holiday cooking tragedies. Love this show and always look forward to new episodes and love watching the re-runs, too. Bridget and Julie and so much fun when they cut loose. Elle has a fun, dry sense of humor. Love the show for the great cooking and spontaneous humor! Great cast - love you all. Shows don't seem scripted and dry. Much better show within the last few years than before. Thank you for all the wonderful recipes, especially the tenderloin recipes. A show dedicated to cooking and dialog bloopers would be so much fun, too. :-)
I love this show seen every episode each season everyone is so likable love love love America's test kitchen
OK...the porchetta...wow...a big thumbs up...words fail, except to say...this is on my menu for next week!! YUM!!!
AmericaTestKitchen is the best... learned a lot not only how to cook, but the science behind
Love ❤️ watching and learning to cook great food from one of the best cooking shows around American Test Kitchen, but I love all cooking shows on PBS, they all are teaching you to cook real food.
What a lovely holiday treat!! Happy Holidays, ATK!!
Wonderful show. Great cast.
Loved this! Now c'mon guys -we need a blooper reel at the end of the Season. You know there's gotta be some! Save 'em up!😄 Good Tidings Friends! ❤️✨🎄🥧☕️✨🍾🥂🎁🍰🎄✨❤️
Thanks for this! Request: since your pumpkin cheesecake is the best I've ever had, I would love to taste an eggnog cheesecake that truly tastes deeply of eggnog. If anyone can do it, it's you guys. Pretty please!
this episode made me so happy. i love you guys
You all make a great team.. love you all
Wow! What GREAT Recipes!! Thanks so much America’s Test Kitchen! You have made the Holidays Complete!♥️👍

Oh I've deboned a turkey. It's pretty simple. But then I seasoned, pre-seared and then into a vacuum bag for sous vide. The most moist turkey I've every had.
I absolutely, LOVE THIS.... Thank you!

36:54 this moment made me laugh so hard. Thanks for the great episode.
I looked for this episode for the past hour. I remembered it from a few years ago and wanted to re-watch it. I've been doing Christmas cooking today...in my PAJAMAS! LOL
After a difficult year this episode was just the salve this soul needed.
Awesome episode. I want to make EVERYTHING! Thank you for all the great ideas. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all. 🎄
The turkey looks so simple that it should be a standard cooking technique, but I'vee never done it that way or even thought about it before. I definitely will try it now. Also, I hadn't seen Elle for a while and I love her blonde look!
As always ATK delivers! This just showed up on my tablet today, Christmas Eve! I really wish I had seen it sooner. I will be giving some of these recipes a go. I have had the pleasure of visiting ATK, Boston. It was memorable. What struck me the most was their integrity. They strive to create good recipes, but ones that you can reproduce in your kitchen, and source the ingredients. I appreciate no surprises with my end result.

Christopher Kimball is like the dad who founded and raised the family (ATK). The family is now on their own and doing just fine, and Dad has moved on to new projects (Milk Street). Dear old Dad is a bit persnickety but it's because he really cares about giving the best guidance he can. Let's toast him as the founder of the feast and support his new efforts.

Oh I love this cooking show! It’s my absolute favorite. And this episode made me want to get in the kitchen and make some memories with my family. Thanks for putting this on KZread. From, A home chef 👩🍳
You all are the best. Love watching and learning. Keep those recipes coming !!!
It was so nice to see you all together! There is not one person in your group I dislike, I love and admire you all. You should consider having a fan on a few shows (me, please) to add to the sharing attitude which draws me to watch your shows. I would even stay after to help with dishwashing, my girlfriend has taught me that it can be quite therapeutic and calming. When I cook at home I always wash dishes as I go along when there is downtime during boiling, searing, and baking. Make it less stressful and my hands stay even cleaner!! (yes I am big on cleanliness)
Wonderful video you all feel like my 2nd family. Beautiful people, wonderful food, recipes to share. Love the stories 😊
Well hello I love this show I love all the recipes and can't wait to try each one of them I know my family will really enjoy them. Thank you for all your hard work and bringing us these amazing dishes have a merry Christmas
You guys have the best cooking methods and lessons! Love your explanations! Love this channel.

OMG, Turkey en Cocotte, thank you so much (its 2020) this will be my cooking method this year and that gravy..Dan you killed it.
These ladies GIVE ME LIFE
🎄Great show and it just gets better. 👍🏽
Easily your best show, yet! Thank you!
Oh my! That was fantastic. I learn so much technique from watching your videos. Thank you.
The two desserts are right up my alley! Thank you.
Love this show....never miss it!
This was such a treat to watch!
I love ya'll as a duo. I've been watching old videos and she is so informative
I broke down my whole Thanksgiving turkey into parts. I made the breast using Dan's Dutch oven method. It was the most moist and delicious turkey breast I have ever, ever had. I will never roast a whole turkey again. I roasted the legs, wings and thighs from my whole turkey to make soup. Thank you. Everyone loved the meat and the gravy.
After watching this video, I knew w what I’m giving my neighbor friends for Christmas next year!
