I have to echo what others say here whenever Steve apologizes in advance for his videos. It’s not the locations or crazy camping contraptions that make this channel great, it’s Steve being his genuine self that makes it great. Absolutely true. Others might post stealth camping content, but it’s just Steve Wallis being himself that we love. Watching a video of Steve is like camping with an old friend.

I think Steve should do a camping video at a friend/relative’s home during Christmas where he makes a shelter in a corner of their lounge and the family carry on with their own activities and ignore Steve and all we see are their feet walking about while Steve is talking to us pretending he’s on his own. 😂 Happy Christmas to all.

Im dual Canadian New Zealand citizen it would be cool to bring Steve to New Zealand to stealth camp under the Auckland Bridge, on Mount Ruapehu, on Kapiti Island and Somes Island, camp around Porirua and the Paremata Roundabout, on the ferry, in an earthquake damaged building in Christchurch, or maybe he already camped in all these places we just didn’t see him 🤔

Absolutely don't worry about outdoing yourself. We're here cuz we find you entertaining whether you're in a roundabout or car camping in a campground. Don't be afraid to repeat themes. Your adventures don't have to be novel every time. Every highway sign you camp behind will have its own challenges and adventures. If your stealth camp is exciting for you, it's exciting for us. Ultimately we just want to be along for the ride. If you're hidden somewhere in plain sight, doesn't matter if you've been in a place like it before. We know you're always trying to up your game. It's ok to pick the low hanging fruit more than once.

Yep, same here. I too had to call off a camping trip for the sake of my health. No soreness for me, but more phlegm than I've ever had before.

Has there been an update on a different platform? Mouse Droppings (and urine) can cause Hantavirus. I know it’s rare in his neck of the woods, but that cabin was probably held together with mouse feces. I’m hoping Steve is just taking a little time off, and there is nothing to worry about.

Last night i went to sleep watching your DIY 5 day raft ride. When i woke up it was on the donations bin stealth camping video. I am actually a local resident of yarmouth county who was homeless over the summer, i slept outside a good few nights but last summer was WET.😅 Your so respectful about the way you do things i just want you to know that your videos are a warm inspiration and make me feel better about having to sleep rough. Well, I'm in a similar flu-ridden situation here in Germany. First my grandparents last weekend, for which my sister and I had to do some shopping over the week. Then she started showing flu symptoms on Wednesday, finally me since Friday. At least my grand parents seem to be over it now and everyone seems to be getting it out of the way before xmas. A hearty "Get well soon!" to everyone fighting something similar, while the rest will hopefully stay healthy!

Steve is a Canadian icon. I have had that flu for a few weeks now, and it’s a bitch to shake off. Take care buddy. Go back and visit the in-laws and crazy neighbour. Merry Christmas to all! ❤

Honestly, what draws me to your channel isn't the risk associated with the spots you camp, it's that you seem like a genuine, down to earth sort of guy who'd be fun to share a camp site and a beer with. I enjoy your "ostentatious camping" content just as much as your stealth camping content. Don't feel limited by one specific style of outing.

Had Covid 2.5 weeks ago, now stomach flu. Found your videos and they have really kept me going. I can't imagine having to film and produce while sick. We all get it. Take your time to heal. Your stealth camping doesn't have to be about "topping" the last one. We enjoy all of them.
