I made this video both to explain what's been going on behind the scenes, and hold myself accountable, by keeping a record of what a "good week" looks like, one where I'm able to work somewhat steadily and accomplish goals, and how it makes me feel and where I can improve. Now I cannot make excuses, everything is out there. There's no going back.
This video was recorded, edited and uploaded all on 10-27-2023. I did not take breaks until it was done. I've proven to myself I can keep a good working pace as long as I stay focused.
This felt amazing to accomplish. I think I'm finally getting out of the rut I've been stuck in for so many years.
