The less frizzy side looked soooo cute! Very defined, yet voluminous! 😍 I think the amount of conditioner on the other side combined with way you kept touching your hair & moving it around heavily affected the results (but it was still cute).. I don't care for the gel bc all of her gels are super drying to me 😔, but I'm glad it worked for you!

Lovely results. I wasn't pleased the first time I used that particular gel, but I have better leave-in conditioners now so I may revisit it.

I loved your results! I had this gel when i big chopped last year but it didnt mix well with any leave ins i had at the moment so i never gave it a try. Might have to give it a second chance 👀 I wonder if it can work as a stand alone

Day 3 looked AMAZING! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I wished my hair looked like that on day one... My day 1 is the next day bc I usually do my hair late in the evening/at night 😔😔

I feel like Day 1 is the day your hair is fully dry. I mainly do my wash n gos toward the end of the day (like 6, 7) So my hair isn’t dry till the middle of the next day. But this gel Is a must try for me, beautiful results 😍

Do you think it would be good if I mix this gel with aunt jackies Lala curling cream ?

You need to try Ecoslay if you want hold! That gel will hold you for daysss.. black owned and better ingredients than wetline and Eco

It's my favorite gel, I love the fact that it is actually moisturizing

The tgin green tea leave in works really well with this gel! The tgin also works amazingly with the ice curls version of this gel and I actually like the moisture that combo gives better than the don’t shrink gel combo

Me and my mom were trying these on our hair in the store yesterday and they were sooooo good!!!! She bought the don’t shrink and ice curls and I got the don’t shrink. The ice curls DEFINITELY is super moisturizing. I’ll purchase that one next. So happy to have come across these products on yesterday!

I also had that Problem this Gel is so great but it doesnt Mix well

Aunt Jackies elongating gel is winning right now, I don't even use a leave in with it and it keeps the curls

Hey! This gel is amazing. You and I have the SAME hair, and what I've been doing lately is the Curlsmith Weightless Air Dry Cream as leave-in, followed with a little of the Texture ID cream, and then this gel. I've been able to get SO much volume AND definition with this combo. And my hair is super soft once I scrunch the crunch with Almond oil. HIGHLY recommend.

It defined my hair and it made my hair look shiny, but my hair did not feel moisturized and it seemed to flake. I haven't found a leave-in that works well with it and I just don't feel like spending coins searching for the perfect combo. I'm a one-and-dones kind of gal.

Aunt Jackie's is the truth! Esp the curl creme. Nothing makes my curls pop like that stuff lol.

Hahaha, 'Day 1' is wash-day; the next day is also 'Day 1'; then the next day after that is 'Day 3'! 😂 It follows the same logic as curly hair when one side of the head randomly turns out different than the other... 😂😂 Can't recall if Botanika's Protector Gel was part of your Botanika review, but if you haven't tried it, it's a good one in a similar consistency, so you might like it too! xo 😘

Did you apply the product to dry or wet hair? It says on container that you can do either or but I’m trying to figure out what option is better 😩

I need to try this gel …both sides look defined to me ,one side just look like it has more volume because of the shape not because of frizz purpose
