Avg pace 5:30min/km easy runs. 40miles per week. For daily running. Currently using fly 5 and endorphin speed 3 and shins splits won't go away. Trying my best to manage the load without stopping completely.

I assume you watched this, right? kzread.info/dash/bejne/aZ9rzpSQp8XOeNo.html I suggest you shift towards "Balance" models. Sure, you will not get enought speed in them, but stability and cushioning shold really help you to heal.

i think you should focus on recovery first. only after than think about more bouncy/springy feel during speed session. From my experience, Shin Splints is daaaamn long to cure.

Please provide your opinion on whether a review without background music is better or worse.
