  Thank you for this helpful video, comparing all the Brooks models. In 2023, I splurged on my first pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 for the extra cushioning for my everyday shoe because of a lower back injury (had physiotherapy 5 months). I'd happily been wearing Brooks Ghost previously for everyday as well as walking and running for 3 years, but my injury required more cushioning. I felt my switch from Ghost to Glycerin GTS made a huge difference, especially in cushioning and stability. My injury healed much faster. It gave me pain-free walking for everyday. At the end of physiotherapy, I transitioned to walking for exercise in the Glycerin GTS. Trippled my walking distance in 2 months. Never looked back. I saw an ad today for the Hyperion Max 2 and watched this video. Found out that Hyperion is lighter but less stable. No doubt it's great. But I'm sticking with Glycerin GTS. On my 3rd pair.

  I have them, and they are very cute but they gave me pain in the knee while running, when I stop using them the pain dissapears, I always used addidas, so that was a shock.

  Great work! Where did you get the information and graphics about the adistar BYD design? Is the carbon plate inside it real carbon and does it run around the perimeter of the shoe as in the graphics? I have this shoe and in the middle of the sole I see a fragment of this plate, or at least it pretends to be something like that

  Personally, i do not see a need for fast stability shoes. To run fast for such runners means runner already is experienced enough to get less stable shoes from balance segment.

  I feel they have been getting worse qualitywisr over the years. My advice: Just check the 1 star reviews before you buy. Also, they are the only major brand tied to the synthetic s10n nist entity.

  your videos are high quality and the topics are new and interesting, you have big potential especially because all of your footage is original, how do you gain access to all of these shoes? I would recommend a better voiceover and script, maybe something on fiver.
