Note on R56 with Secular Institutions: If you can change to Neutral/Authoritarian/Monarchist *AFTER* you pick up that National Character. In baseline R56, the constant ticking degradation of Unaligned may cause problems depending on what country you're playing and how much PP you want to burn on clamping down and/or banning the other parties. For the Discardian version of R56 (which is what Stakuyi is using), there is a 'National Idea' (the little lightbulb) that actually offsets this on a one-for-one basis.

I remember Yugoslavia had an insane 2 year ahead bonus + 300% research speed for Fighter Aircraft before "By Blood Alone". Id have 1944 aircraft at the start of 1940, after having a 1940 aircraft in 1939.... It was insane. Not as fast as this, but it was insane.

If you’re doing OP country paths, I suggest Zhdanov Russia in Kaiserredux. The factory, industry, and monthly manpower boosts are insane.

I think the enforced patriarchy is saying the women went to the factories where total equality meant they went to war(hence more manpower)

I think the manpower thing is supposed to represent that men that normally would have had to stay behind to run the factories being able to be shipped off to war as the women of society begin to run the factories instead. I'm guessing the production thing is for balance purposes?

No i think the -10% production output is supposed tp represent that women didnt quite adapt going from house work only to now having to work in factories as they havent adapted and their qualifications would be lesser than the men as school at that time was gender segregated and in some countries even today out right ban women from school.

I'm not sure if Switzerland has that chance, but this would be further broken if they had a focus that allowed them to lock into a research agreement committee with any of the neighbors it's collaborating with, granted you'd probably want to just get civies for licensing but you would be able to knock out your industry research so quickly with a Germany player (while Swiss does the actual tech)

Road To 56 RP Discardian Edition you also have to use it with Road To 56 not use it by itself

For the women’s rights thing, it’s because they’re saying enforced patriarchy what was going on at that time, the women getting into the factories and keeping the economy running when the men were at war, while total equality would mean women can enroll in the Army, meaning they can’t work in the factories anymore.

On average, a man can do the work of 3 women. That's why the production difference. Especially when you are sending the men to the front and replacing them 1:1 with women. Of course production will fall.

Shows us a cool op build, decides not to conquer Europe and just take france. Thats content potential ignored.
