I love this BAF but if I had to choose only one, I'd go with the Toybiz one too. One thing I like about the BAF is that I feel like they didn't go too hardcore on trying to replicate Ramos' style. I feel like Ramos tends to draw really big hands and feet, so I'm glad they didn't stylize the proportions. Great comparison/review!

The Onslaught Series Green Goblin actually has a completely different sculpt. They look exactly the same, but they're different.

Glenn Webb The gloves, for instance, look to be the same sculpt but jointed differently. Same with the torso. Limbs have a much more deeply embedded pattern in them on the Hobgoblin.

Love the toybiz Hobgoblin, is the Romita´s charm on the head sculpture of the action figure has what makes me choose that one. The other looks cool, but I prefer the classic one.

The hilt on the BAF's backpack is removable as is the flame effect from the handheld hilt.

Me personally, I prefer both. So looks like im cheating your "buring house" system. Hwh. The Roderick Kingsley one (Toybiz) represents the classic look, with a nice paint ,a decent sculpt and good articulation . The Phil Urich one (Hasbro) represents a fresh new take on the mantle (which personally, I love this version), with some good paint aswell, an awesome sword, a killer sculpt (love the head sculpt), and some great articulation. But with the pros, come the cons; Toybiz: I hate how the pumpkin bomb is glued to his hand. I also wish it came with a flight stand instead of that smoke base. Hasbro: I wish the wings were better, something like this fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2010/262/f/5/hobgoblin_lives____by_aerorious-d2z3ec5.jpg I wish this was a normal figure instead of a BAF, lazy Hasbro is lazy. I prefer the toybiz Hobgoblin. I actually like Hobgoblin over Green Goblin in my list of spider baddies.This is however a poor BAF. I want more for my $.

ikr i always thought the old hobgoblin was super small

Just so you know the smaller hilt is removable so you don't need it there when he is holding the sword and it fits in further than that so yours must just be held in place by accident and doesn't sit in the hole properly, and personally I like them both the same I have both and like them for different reasons :)

The Toy Biz Hobgoblin looks great, but it had two big problems for me. 1. It's not in scale with the other Marvel Legends (it's about a half-inch too tall). 2. It kept falling over on its glider. I'd hear it crash on my shelf in the middle of the night. The legs were just too weak to support it.

Just FYI, the torso of the BAF Hobgoblin is supposed to be body armor based on the look of a pumpkin.

This figure honestly could have been a single carded release, not a BAF. This figure easily could have been The Kingpin or a beefy Venom figure, or even a Sandman with some sand effect parts.

Jeff Jones No Spider-Man Classics. Some people call it McFarlane Hobgoblin because it's kind of styled after his art. Yet to say that does his art a bit of a disservice as it's not the greatest figure

I'll be totally honest, I would rather have the BAF, just because I am more familiar with that one. However, if I end up getting my hands on both of them, I would pose them to look like they were doing battle to see who the best Hobgoblin is.

Ramos is not my favorite artist, but I gotta admit his depiction of Hobgoblin is interesting and quite detailed. But classic Hobgoblin design really stands out

its hard to say i want to keep both there both good but i guess i would go with the baf because ill always go with more style

I'm just throwing this up on Ebay. I don't really care for the figure or the character all that much but I wanted the whole wave.

I want the Spiderman 2099 and the Antivenom from this set and then I want the Ben Riley Spiderman and Spider Gwen from the absorbing man baf set, feel that they would go great side by side by side

For me Toy Biz version wins, because it really resembles that of 90s TAS show. And you you just can't win with ones sentiments :P

I can't decide, both are awesome and both are different characters, so I can't choose. If anything, I save the classic one because nowadays is more rare, and I don't have the baf... yet,

I prefer the more modern look, its more stylistically unique and that flaming sword is bad ass! But I don't really want to get ultimate spider woman or spider-girl to get this, I wish he was a single figure and there was a huge sandman or something for the BAF. And I don't know why but I kind of like the fact that the new hobgoblin isn't another supervillain mad genius, he's just a hitman doing it for the money.

I like the marvel legends Hob goblin but the toy bizz one looks like it might be better in regards to articulation

Glen would you please make a mass transit figure if you are not aware of him he wrestled a match in ECW underaged bladed and was carried out by paramedics you said in your chyna video you do things Mattel wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole now he's another chance to prove it.

I prefer the older version than the new BAF. I am also no fan of Ramos' art style.

I dont like the new ones face it reminds me of the phrase shit eating grin. But I do like every thing else.
