For the guy that's pursuing the university girl, just remember, if it's not a hell yes, it's a hell no. There's a good chance she will say something along the lines of "I like you, a lot, but I'm so busy blah blah blah blah so I want to but I can't right now." The worst thing you can do to yourself is believe that and let yourself get strung along. It's hell yes or hell no.

The buggest investment into warhammer isnt the $$$ its the time and energy you spend building and painting your models. So always always ALWAYS buy what you love. Do not get something because budget or even in game power.

The girl that does not respond right away or who won’t commit to a date, may have a boyfriend. She hangs with the writer when she has time. This may not be terrible. Play it cool and don’t be needed. Treat her the same way friendly but non-committal. If she and he boyfriend break up that may be your opportunity window. However, don’t he the other man until she is broken up. Have honor and integrity. You will feel better about yourself long term.

I love building my Battlefleet Gothic list while listening to your videos. I found the Battlefleet Gothic to Warhammer 40K conversation book for boarding actions. Gave me inspiration to build together my whole set of lists with a narrative connecting certain transports to the companies of Imperial Guard they deliver to the battlefront. That and getting a Rogue trader character for Warhammer 40k.

I friend of mine in college who’d recently divorced after marrying early and serving in the military started going out with us. He was awkward but tall and funny. He had many options very fast and ended up getting a teacher pregnant shortly after his divorce was finalized. Damn. He seems to be doing well though. Good for him.

Hey North one advice I could give to the guy interested in playing imperial guard and orks is he can always start with KT. H3 can grab the octarius box and get both and everything he needs to start playing.

I find the more recent excuses of using the satirical elements of Rogue Trader and 2nd edition to explain away the bad novels and lore writing extremely tiring. Yes, 40k was at one time very satirical but 3rd edition of the game started to shift away from that. I remember my first Black Library book I got was a big story omnibus Let the Galaxy Burn, and all of the stories were grounded, serious narratives.

I agree. Don't listen to anyone about elite armies etc. because of the cost of money. Back in the day when my buddies and me started playing Warhammer Fantasy, one friend started started playing Chaos because one GW employee told him they were the strongest, but something about the playstyle or the look he didn't like and ended up collecting high elves afterwards, and in the end bought 2 armies where only 1 was needed.

There are really only two stratagems that I use with my Grey Knights. And it's for my librarian. One to extend the range of psychic powers and the other to roll one extra D6. And if I'm feeling spicy I'll use the strat for him to cast another power which would be smite. All in all, stratagems are fun but bloated. Way to many of them.

45:55 Nigel literally did nothing wrong. Sleeping on-and off together every few months is not a relationship and it clearly does not seem he ever promised any of them one. But yeah this story is a perfect example of why normal looking men usually can't get a girlfriend and think women are superficial while women think all men are fuckboys. It's a funny story, and l believe it is unfair the Nigel guy was kicked out of the store and shamed by the other's there. 48:20 I don't know if I can agree with that. There is a lot of men who do not understand the appeal of cheating or would never do it and statistically the amount of cheaters between men and women barely differs. I think the discrepancy is within 5% of each other. An unjustifiably harsh generalisation 50:00 Murder is murder. I am not a hard-line no-sex-before-marriage type of guy, but you should not have sex with someone you could not imagine having a kid with. Whatever 'she went trough' she killed a person out of literal convenience, she was not raped, there was no medical reason. She had sex with a guy she was not even dating and chose to kill a person to skip the consequences and from how the story goes the father didn't have any say in whether or not his child lives or dies either.

I'd say Nigel did *almost* nothing wrong. I think a lot of us go into situations where perhaps the expectations of both parties aren't aligned. This can lead to expectations of one party being wildly at odds with the other, which can leave one party feeling mugged off and taken advantage of, and the other feeling unduly pressured or perhaps tempted to indulge in relations with no intention of persuing it past a superficial level. My last serious relationship was a mess of guilt and emotional blackmail because I was lonely enough to make obviously bad decisions with regards to seeing the woman in question and perhaps callously letting her become a lot more invested in me than I was in her, although there was a lot more in the way of reasons why the relationship became a nuclear meltdown than that.

@@eezergoode8588 I thought about it and what the ladies did there was equivalent to taking a girl out to an expensive restaurant and then being mad at her that she did not have sex with you. Having casual sex with someone as a way to rope them into or guilt them into a relationship is no different than making a girl have sex with you by making her feel guilty because you spent a lot of money on dinner. And after all that he is kicked out of the store and banned for good, not both banned, not neither banned.

I think a lot of these issues with bad attitude are an age thing. My son is 9 and I see a lot of this at his club football. Even the players on the same team are digging eachother out constantly. If I were coach, it wouldn't happen, but a lot of people in leadership positions are there four the right reasons but are not strong enough to lead properly.

The story about the discord lady persuit. If people like you they will message you regularly because they'll be thinking about you. It takes 1 minute to send a message and minimal effort. There's a lot of women who will string you along and stay friends with men who find them attractive, to massage their ego. Don't fall into this trap!
