HNW | SINGLE CHANNEL LIVE HARSH NOISE WALL 'MY PEDAL BOARD ASMR' PROCESSING (PAINFUL)
Welcome to the second upload on The Harsh Noise Wall/Grooming ASMR channel. Today's upload, a companion to my recent ASMR video, will be a single take, single channel, live-processed harsh noise wall recording.
As source material for today's wall, I'll be using my recent 'ASMR | UP-CLOSE WHISPERING SHOWING YOU MY HARSH NOISE PEDAL BOARD (RELAXING)' video in its entirety. Make sure to check that out as well!
Cheers! Not for the faint of heart!
Hope you enjoy, subscribe if you'd like!

Finally, an ASMR channel that I can hear over my tinnitus.
Stumbled into this. I'm awestruck. I love every single minute of it This is treasure and no one can tell me otherwise subbed
We need more videos! HNW is life!
I have fallen asleep to this a few times now
I just woke up from crazy dreams and this is a PERFECT transition trip back into waking life. Thank you for sharing this journey, hope you make more!
I been looking for harsh noise asmr for a while, bless thank you! Finally someone else who gets it
As a guitar player if 20+ years and a total gear nerd, I really love this concept
Awesome!!! Like the noise gate idea explained in the previous video. Will look into that for the end of my new setup when finished. Just small mixer with the death metal pedal, Grunge and Behringer Tremolo which really makes things crazy hooked up after distortion, highly recommended and cheap too!!! Cheers

Nicholas Phares Hell yes! Death By Audio’s ‘Evil Filter’ is on my to-grab list for the future as well
This is the best
I very much enjoy this
this video inspired me to buy the Absolute Destruction. Now its one of my favorite pedals!
I’ve been doing noise for a while and I always liked the idea of no mixer
oh my god... look what I've found! I'm an asmr heavy listener and harsh noise lover. I would do the same damn thing one day...
Super sick video, look forward to seeing more content. what exactly is that signal source doing?

The tascam thing. Is it a recorder/player that you’re just playing sounds out of and using the pedals for distortion?

The tascam is playing the other asmr video on this channel. So the tascam is outputting my whispered voice for about 20 minutes or so 👍
Very good
It's gets so good at 4.20
Wow I’ve never thought of completely destroying a signal before using pedals, this is pretty cool. Definitely get what you mean with the duct tape ripping comparison now
nice video
The asmr whispering is 100 times worse when its not run through the pedal board
the ad for this is for tinnitus ,lol
Igual que la de bad bonny
how much this setup is worth? or even less stuff, tell me

DBA Absolute Destruction - $180 EHX Pitch Fork - $175 Caline CP-24 EQ - about $50 Proco Rat 2 - $70 Boss NF-1 Noise Gate - discontinued but the follow-up NS-2 is about $110 Digitech Death Metal - $40-$60 (couldn't find a new price for this one, just various used listings) DOD FX25 Envelope filter - about $100 used at the low end (listings as high as $290) Tascam recorder - $100 Total - about $835 This rig has some pricey pieces, but if you have a phone then you can get a basic HNW setup like so: Phone - already purchased, so effectively $0 White Noise App - Free, there are many. Alternatively, use the voice recorder app if your phone has one and just loop some recording Aux cable - $10 at the most 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter - $5 Behringer SuperFuzz SF300 - $20 on Sweetwater, clone of the Boss FZ-5 Behringer Ultra Metal UM300 - $20 on Sweetwater, clone of the Boss Metalzone Behringer BEQ700 Bass EQ - $20 on Sweetwater Plug phone into pedals with aux cable + adapter, connect pedals to amp or audio interface, play white noise app with pedals on and just adjust all the controls until you like it. Voila, harsh noise wall with under $100 invested. If you already have any distortion or fuzz pedals, they can substitute for or join the Behringers. Above all, EQ and high-gain Distortion are what you need most. Pitch-shifting like the Pitchfork and the Envelope Filter of the FX25 are fun but by no means necessary.
