If anyone is wondering what happened on 6:42 , it's called block transmutation. Basically in the older versions of minecraft, blocks had numeric data. You could change these data's by using items that had more than just 1 numeric data. For example the pressure plate has 2 forms to it, pressed and not pressed. So it has 2 numeric data's for this. 1 for to identify what block it is and 2 to state which form its in. By using this mechanic he changed the tnt into an older version of it which could be lit by just punching.

i’ve also made flower pots in the past, i just got some 1x1 cm wood cubes from the craft section and glued them together and then painted each cube as a pixel, this way you can also make the flowers to go inside

For the 'Ender Pants' you actually teleport non-stop, however they only teleport you to your current location everytime they come into contact with your leg. So either you're stuck in place when you wear them or you just have a lag scenario (walk one block, then it teleports you to that same block, then rinse and repeat)
