Ik, they were very good at that time, but they got better, more in the feeling comfortable while singing, these day, they'd sing this pretty much effortless I think

Some of the new boygroup stans would say “give our idols time. They are just rookies”. Now, this is the rookie era of baekhyun and chen. And they are magnificent already.

Remember when Baekhyun and Jongdae met in S.M audition and didn't think they would both get in? Instead they wished each other good luck. Look at them now slaying the stage, just the two of them, purely with their vocals. Proud is an understatement 😢

I keep coming back to this performance every now and then. You can actually see in their eyes that they were mortified and still pulled this off so neatly. I am especially shocked at our Baekhyunie since his emotions play tricks on him during these kind of songs yet he so skillfully managed to control his voice. Two kings.

Chen is absolutely incredible. his voice just pierces through you.

Baekhyun & Chen will always be the blueprint. Literally the top vocalist of their generation. And the fact that it’s live.

I'm still mad that they did not win this.

The talent Chen has is incredible, I understand why he is nicknamed the vocal king

I become obssesed by this performance They are both insane

i wish that rookie vocalists would still be classically trained. even if it’s not their personal style, they would all benefit from proper vocal technique

Wooow, I got emotional here, Chen and Baekhyun are super talented but what really moved me was Chen, what a fantastic voice, he stands out during the whole performance both in the low notes and (mostly) in the high notes, wonderful Chen, wonderful!!!!

years later, and this is still one of the most beautiful performances ever sung by kpop idols

The way Baekhyun and Chen never fail to impress us in their vocal skills... They hit the high pitch so well that it doesn't seem out of tune. It is hard to do that and they slayed it all! Well done to all!

이때 엑소 다 씹어 먹던 시절 우리 국어쌤이 이거 불후의 명곡 보고 와서 요새 애들 모르는데 엑소는 노래 잘하더라 라고 하신게 아직도 기억남
