I have a candy red Deluxe Plus that I brought new in 1992. I’m getting back into playing after setting it down 30 years ago. Thank you for reminding me what i bought and why. 😂

I had a Strat Plus. Bought it new in 1987. Best Strat I’ve ever had, and I had an actual 1962 Strat in the early ‘70s. I got the first Strat Plus I ever saw-it was black, which is not my favorite color for guitars, but it was so good that I bought it anyway, and I got a white pearloid pickguard for it to dress it up a bit. I wound up trading it in on a Custom Shop Strat a few years later, and the Custom Shop one is really nice, but that Plus was killer. I wish I still had it!

Have a late 80s Strat Plus, replaced the bridge Gold with a Red.. Have gigged it for 30+ years and still love it to bits!

I had a 1989 red Strat Plus and it was my main guitar for many years. I changed out the bridge pickup for a SD Lil 59. Eventually I sold it as I found the neck too slim and it was a heavy guitar. Great overall player though!

I had a Strat Plus (in Reverse Pearlburst). The Gold Lace pu's were dead quiet. It had locking Sperzels, a tremsetter and the 1st generation roller nut. I miss that guitar immensely. Traded it for a G&L ASAT Z3 thinline (also a great guitar)

I had an early Strat Plus, an ‘87, that didn’t have a Tremsetter. I wound up putting one in, and then Fender started using them. But I beat ‘em to it!😁

I have never even heard of these models. The P90 tone would be interesting. It funny how every company other then Gibson is allowed by the public to make advancements in technology. As soon as Gibson try’s to make any change its customer base goes crazy.

You should definitely check one out. The tones from the blue lace sensors are very good for solo playing. 🤟
