If this man doesn't make you want to be a better American, than I don't know what will... I was truly entranced by his story telling. His military recollection is spot on. As a former Infantryman myself, (Desert Storm Vet) I get the things that he says. His revelation to God is just...inspiring. "The Lord knows I'm thinkheaded." What an amazing family story. Very well produced. God is good.

Y’all need to make a series on the history of your family’s brands. It’s 0215 here in Germany and I have to wake up in 5 hrs to get ready for church. I was glued to this entire video. Not sure how awake I’ll be at church, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching ever second of this video. I subscribed in the late spring of last year while waiting to be cleared to move to Germany for the USAF and have enjoyed watching y’all teach how to butcher animals and the different cuts and ideas of cooking meats. I definitely have been inspired by watching your videos here on KZread. Keep up the good work and I hope to come check out the store when I move back to the states.

During times of extreme hardships they both were brought closer to their faith in god and has instilled that onto all their children. Thank you for your background and history. I understand the hard work and devotion, I was 55 when I started my business two years ago. I also thank God everyday for my blessings. I have run into the same issue with getting a steer processed this year. I took what I could get and l had a cold hanging weight of 576 pounds according to the butcher. I ask for very minimum burger and ended up with 165 pounds of steaks and misc cutts and 220 pounds of burger. So with that said I will be using your video next fall to process my own beef. Im going to try and get a hanging cooler built over the summer. Because I am a loyal watcher of your videos and I tell everyone to watch them, I now think a couple of my buddies are willing to try processing their own beef. You guys are an inspiration to me and a lot of my friends. Keep up the good work and God bless you all.

I have to confess, I really started watching with the intention of skipping forward to the more interesting segments. But once it started I got locked in and couldn’t make myself do it. I watched every minute. Your dads an amazing man with an extraordinary background. It is extremely rare to find a family that is as tight knot as yours and I’m sure it is so wonderful especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I do have a question also. As I was listening I couldn’t help but wonder if y’all have ever tried Bison bacon? I just thought about it when you were saying how good the taste of bison was. I’m sure it would probably cover a plate but it would probably be delicious. By the way, my wife mentioned 3 or 4 times, “whatever you’re watching must be interesting!”. Thanks guys for making my day.

As I watch this; for the second time today because my husband and I wanted our adult son to see it, I need to tell you what I told them. You and your children are blessed for many reasons. The one I am referring to right not is that you all have a wonderful recording of your family story. My father and father-in-law were WW-II Veterans, my brother was a Vietnam Veteran, and my husband spent 26 years in the Army National Guard. We don’t have their military stories, or many of their childhood stories. I hope all of you will enjoy this as much as the rest of us have. Thank you so much! From your Canton, Ohio neighbor.

Amazing testimony Brothers, I love you give the Glory to God. A few times in this awesome e video the holy spirit hit me and I had to hold back some man tears. I grew up in Marshallville Ohio and lived just up the street from The Marshallville Meat Market and can really understand where you come from about how hard it is to be a butcher. I used to see the Tucker boys drag butt at the end of the day. Glad I stayed in the concrete and masonry trade becuse I couldn't of did the long hard days of butchering. Just doing my own hogs, deer and elk is more than I can handle and this year I plan on doing my own chickens from chick's to harvest. I sure could use any tips Y'all have on chicken butchering of about30 chickens a year. Keep up the amazing work and God bless you all. P.S. thank your father for his service for me and my wife.

I just watched this video of this great American family. The story of the brothers father being wounded in an ambush in Vietnam was so vivid and really touched me because my older brother was killed in an ambush in Nam almost exactly the same way and by the stupidity of a inexperienced Marine Corps lieutenant who had no sense . So as I watched I couldn’t help but reflect on those years and the fact he was wounded in his ninth month of his tour as was my brother KIA in his ninth and he too was a hardcore biker as well. Rick, his name didn’t make it but thank goodness the father of these great men survived and built this awesome business with his sons and his faith.

You young fellows are blessed because your father and mother instilled in you a love for Christ. I retired as a meatcutter for Kroger preceded by 5 years on the kill floor followed by 5 years on the processing floor at Cargill's plant in Schuyler, Nebraska. Wow! When I was a boy, my Grandfather would take me to a friends house once in a while who would tell stories, outlandish stories so I thought, until he would start pointing to pictures and stuff on the wall that would verify the truth of what he was saying. His name was Bob, and my Grandfather's name was Herb. They were both ex military and Bob was a Green Beret Instructor. This story took me way back there again! These men like your father and my Grandfather were another level of tough! Thank you for sharing this.
