My (Google) U7G remote briefly lights in the dark when pressing buttons. I'd imagine that is a standard now.

I got one of these for my dad for his birthday. It's amazing you can get a TV this good for such a low price.

I have a high end Sony and several Samsungs in my house. This tv has no issue keeping up . I’m very amazed how well the Hisense handles color. I’m very happy w this tv 📺

I got the 43 for my computer monitor and TV for bed from 695 to 495 plus a 40 dollar coupon love it great TV but mine has the Vidaa OS which is fast and snappy but I use a fire stick 4k anyway

I'm between that and 65" 550. Well I ordered the U8H 65' but on backorder so might get this instead.

I've had the hisense U68G ( CDN model) for about a year now. And constantly compare it to others. Honestly it has stood strong for it features it has. I game on it with a series X and it looks incredible!. It is 60hz BUT with its integrated motion rate,you really don't notice. Price wise it has come down,I paid under $1K for a 65"!

75 inch U6H is IPS panel ... just got it last week. Blacks are not as good as u8g 65 inch but that is expected since it is VA panel. Colors and brightness are actually pretty good. And surprisingly no dead pixels (u8g had about 4 dead).

B.S Sales like HOT cakes in pass few months ..hard to find one in ANY SIZE in stock everywhere, even some videos in here compare this TV to Samsung & Sony over $3000-$4000 TVS almost same pic & blks side by side , luckily Bought one in 75 inch for $1500 canT f*n wait getting it in few days , watch other videos & reviews , Got Glorious reviews all over net & here in utube.. no brainier

Does a 60Hz panel vs a 120Hz panel have anything to do with watching tv over the air or with streaming content? Or are the two different panels only for gaming purposes?

The 120hz panels are mostly used for gaming, movies are recorded at 24p so having a 60hz TV is good for movies, streaming and over the air content.

Went to look up U6H reviews since i'm in the market to buy one. One thing I wanted to point out in this video is the variable refresh rate section. I would say that this is not a good gaming TV. The variable refresh rate will only apply to games running below 60fps, and at that point will the VRR hit. For example, just look at a list of games on PS5 and it's almost a standard that most games run on 60fps. Yes, there are games running 30 fps, but most of them are a setting (Graphics mode) for visual fidelity. Overall, good review though, as I just ordered a U6H 2023 mode through Amazon. Thanks!

You said that the u6h and the u6hf are the same except OS but, rtings says they are completely different tvs. Are actually they the same?

I got this tv couple of weeks ago. So far satisfied with everything, except dead pixels. Have a dead pixel near the bottom left and another top left. It’s not noticeable from viewing distance, but it’s still there. Anyone else found dead pixels on this tv?

Yea In fact I exchanged twice because of this issue, good tv but just ended up buying a oled 55 c1 instead

Here in Africa we only have those cheaper low end hisense TVs the A6 models 4k not these ULED😢😢

I can see it has noticeable dirty screen whenever you show gameplay footage. If you game or watch sports an IPS panel WITH local dimming is the best bet for a budget.

I hope you review the Xitrix 4k HDMI 2.1 monitor

Hi there's a sale for 75 for 699 but Hisense themselves told me the 75 size is IPS.. i heard from reviews that it looks surprised good for IPS and pops even more color and better viewing angles ,...... But how about CONTRAST... wish there's anyone here in KZread talking about that spec ific size and panel variant

I got my mom the 75" for Christmas. The colors are great but the contrast is not. If grey blacks bother you stick to the VA panels. Personally, I'd choose the 65" over the 75" because of the contrast.

For Quality/price ratio (Considering the specs that every TV offers individually) would you recommend this over the U8G last year model?

Never get the u8g. 120 hertz, better contrast and better colour out of the box plus all the latest updates.

fun fact there is only 32 local zones on the 50 inch fire tv ,on the 50 inch and up google version there is 48 zones also all the ports on the google version are labeled as 2.1 dont know about fire tv

Just got mine yesterday. Great to hear about the zones (I got the google version), but I don’t think my panel labels the HDMIs as 2.1. Pretty sure mine just says the number and underneath says 4K@60

I'd really like there to be a screen that's both exceptionally good and doesn't have any "smart" functionality. Seems like all the screens have got it now... Even some monitors.

What's the point of HDR if SDR is better. Its true though. SDR on hisense 4k tvs is so much better I upscale all my normal bluray films to 4k via dvdfab. I've noticed the HDR on most new films and tv shows is to dark. That terminal list tv series was unwatchable in HDR

Better off buying the U6G. It has better brightness and color uniformity

Say where you're getting response time numbers etc. from - I assume it's rtings but you can't just say "yeah this tv has better latency than the rest" with no tests of your own nor citations. Cmon

Just go with the U8H and never look back….

Is it worth it? I need a new TV and it's between this one, the U8H or spending the extra few bucks for a 65 LG C1 OLED. What do you think?! I feel like you can't beat the OLED colors and I REALLY want it but I could save money on one of these hisense.

I wouldn’t recommend this tv picture quality is disappointing . It also has color glitches when watching on Dolby vision

These TVs are also flash in the pans . They are full throttle to look thier best and generally only hold up 2-3 years at most before they have notable issues . They are not built to last . Samsungs , LGs, Sony and Vizio are all very reliable with Samsung being most reliable. I have a Samsung plasma 12 years still going strong Bought a used 2012 lg back in 2015 and still going strong Picked up 58 inch Vizio mq 7 a year ago. Awesome tv Just picked up 55 in Samsung AU8000 and the bright colors and black levels are like the plasma .

Run as fast as you can from Hisense. I always purchase Samsung but because of the reviews I just purchased a Hisense - 75" Class U6H Series Quantum ULED 4K UHD Smart Google TV. It is the worst TV I have ever owned. Every day I have to unplug it from the wall to reboot it, every day the Remote control stops working. In the middle of a program a box appears-'TV will shut down in 30 seconds" and it turns off furthermore when going to cast from a laptop it takes multiple times before it casts. This is the worst POS I have ever owned. DO NOT BUY A HISENSE TV.
