Hip Thrust- build max glutes!

You don't need to use a belt to do the hip thrust I just rather take care of my back due to past injuries.. Apart from this, I did the kickback machine for 5 sets 15 reps and the seated leg curl for 5 sets 20 reps. For now I'm working 3 different exercises on leg days. Today marks 3 months of weight training. Let's go for more and watch me get stronger.
