    This was very informative and has eased my anxiety in regards to upcomingwhich has not been scheduled yet but I have intentions to do so as soon as possible. The pain I'm experiencing is unbearable no more shots it don't work. Any longer

    There are a few components to ways to treat back pain. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Fergs pain ease (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most incredible resource i've heard of. look at all the incredible information .

    too limited, it did no mention the name of the muscles like the external rotators , also did not mention the name of the bones that form the pelvis, etc

    I've never understood the anatomical reasons for pain in my hip, bum and leg, or found skeleton models helpful. But this along with other 3d anatomy videos really helps me appreciate the different parts causing pain, how I'm causing it and hopeful how to resolve it.
