Thankyou for sharing. As a non-medico, after watching these details.... every low level details are meticulously "well engineered" by some "super natural" in spieces on earth/universe 👌. Beyond human imagination. What else can justify "perfection"!!

Just went through shoulder dislocation yesterday for the first time. Didn't imagine the pain to be this wild, it took two doses of fentanyl to make me tolerate the pain. My deadass body couldn't move bcuz of the excruciating pain. I'm still worried how it can occur again, so I'm trying to be extra careful about it again
this was the single best summary of shoulder anatomy I have seen. Thank you.
❤❤❤💋💋💋👍👍👍👍💪
After having my damaged right bicep tendon removed and the remaining part anchored into the humerus near the bicep in February, and being advised I’d be good to go in 8 weeks ( it’s now late June), I appreciate just how complicated my issues continue to be. It’s taking longer than the open heart surgery I had to heal. This operation could force me into retirement… and that sucks.
What about nerve damage and loss of sensitivity?
I’m watching because I hurt my right shoulder riding an electric scooter …all the weight felt on my right shoulder… some damn dogs were chasing me at night 😢
Amazing. Explanation is so easy n simple to explain.thankyou.i needed this as I hv a frozen shoulder....and I m doing exercises brilliant presentation

Great info. Just ruptured distal bicep tendon today. Best video I found on a distal rupture. Thanks!
This is amazing
I’m now at 11 weeks post surgery. Saw an orthopaedic surgeon within 2 days, had surgery to reattach it within 4 days. Surgery was always going to be my option; no doubt about it. I have a job requiring heavy labour as well as hobbies requiring good strength in both arms. It’s been a difficult journey since it all happened as I had a lot of pain in my shoulder due to the sling immobilisation for the first 6 weeks and now due to the rehabilitation of all my arm muscles since losing the sling. Immobilisation is terrible for your muscles and joints! I also have ongoing pain due to the irritation of my lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve during surgery. My arm function is improving daily as I’ve been diligent with a rehab protocol that’s mostly focussed on improving range of motion as well as reduce pain. I’m starting to use light weights now which is a great feeling. Im hoping to return to work in another 5 weeks but will be guided by my surgeon and physiotherapist. To anyone going through this, or about to go through this, I wish you every success. My advice is to keep your shoulder girdle as active as possible from the get go. I also recommend being diligent with protecting the repair and not risk a re rupture. Seek advice from a good Physiotherapist early and focus on getting everything moving again asap. It’s a big injury and it requires time to heal and rehab from! All the best!
wow. Thank you
Thank you very much ❤
2024?

At this point, i am absolutely sure my problem is not nerves issue. I am beginning to feel my problem is either the Extensor Slip or Flexor Tendons that is causing my ring fingers not to rise but constantly falling Can Mention the specialist that are meant to solve this type of finger problem?
2024 and still great video

We get to move around for possibly many decades in one of these amazing carbon based life forms. How little most of us know about its workings. The intricacies of its design, its capabilities are stunning, and this alone is can lead one to question whether this is the result of chance….or not.
This explained my two knee injuries back to back the years where I ran track. Excellent explanation. Now I can yell at my father for not allowing me to have surgery to correct both legs. 😂
