    Bro knees and thighs touching the ground is not a mistake. That's " Bhujankasana" Scale down version for beginners as well seniors. Without touching the floor scale up version advanced level. That's it. Likewise while doing down ward facing dog if heels raised that's the beginners version. If heels are grounded it's advanced level. It will come by regular practice. 👋👌🤗🙋‍♀️
