Just a quick little find I followed after I was done filming in the Hillsboro area. I know this truck has since been sold off and replaced with a newer Nissan UD Curbtender MSL. These old Heil mini packers are always interesting to watch, but after running one for so long at TMD, I feel for the driver haha, they can be a pain. I believe they send their mini truck out to do just the tight stuff their BP Rangers can't get to.
