I learned it from the 'Hot Dawg' album. This is actually David's arrangement. The original was in Am. Grisman transposed it to Dm and added the middle section to his (now standard jamming fare) arrangement.
I can't comment ... yet Grisman rules ....
Nard Dawg is rippin it!
I know some of the musicians, but does anyone know the names of all of them? They did a great job on this tune.

Hey LessThanFace, highlight this: request from Galen Brown, 6 months ago -- "I know some of the musicians, but does anyone know the names of all of them?" You have all sorts of space in the Description where you could easily add the info.

@@LessThanFaceProductions1 That's great, much appreciated, thank you! Good for me also to watch the video again. I'd heard Chad Manning at a fiddle festival a couple of years ago (playing Texas swing) and really dug him but didn't recognize him in the video till you added the info.
ladies and gentlemen, ed helm on guitar!
Nobody comes close to Vassar Clement's skills...RIP sir.

@@mattross6902 Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to get back to the stacks!
sweet, that's all.
Ha, guitar player snaps a photo of Grisman Mid song!
Nice, but what they're playing is not minor swing, they play two times the first 8 bars and then something different, so there is not much left of Djangos minor swing.
He's no doubt teaching dawg-head movements...
what percentage of those onstage are related to Andy Bernard?
The hotel room wrecking Joe Walsh? The rock guitarist? If so I didn't know he could play this kind of music.
That bass looks like someone sawed off it’s bottom half
What the hell is the flute doing there..NOT.
We need some female musicians in this group.
That was hardly hilarious.
did Dawg ever get the chance to jam with Jethro Burns?
He really hired guys that Played Like Tony and Mark
